Pros: - amazing location with beautiful lake views, perfect place for circuito chico, cerro campanario - very friendly and helpful stuff - great breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional service, amazing views and great food.
Cons: We had to leave.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location is impeccable. Staff is inviting and professional.
Cons: The hotel fitness center is tiny and has virtually unusable equipment. Also, the hot tub was lukewarm at best. If fitness and relaxation via hot tub are high on your list during your stay in San Carlos de Bariloche, then I would look elsewhere. If you can overlook those two variables, however, then this place will be perfect for you in all other respects.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellence service great rooms and incredible views. The breakfast was wonderfull and the hotel restaurant great. Best hotel during my trip.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Views were sensational Beds very comfortable, great spa bath Nice warm pool Good food at breakfast lots of variety
Cons: Couldn’t use either x2 jacuzzi’s or sauna as they are never on ore broken. Bread and hot water ran out very breakfast and it was frustrating constantly having to wait until it got restocked. Restaurant nice enough but not great value compared to all the great food in the local area.

Pros: Ok :) many good things so.. First of all the service was amazing, all the staff members were super kind and most importent, the constant atention to little deatails, for example: the balloons in the room for my wife’s birthday, the chocolate on the bed before sunset, birthday cake on breakfast ! The room was extraordinary, view was stunning and the spa facilities in the room were great. We really loved the place and hopefully will come back in the future!!

Safe, quiet, all the workers were polite and totally willing to make our stay memorable; everything was just charming! They'll definitely see us back there again.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: We booked a stay at Inacayal Lake Hotel pretty much last minute and at that time it was the only hotel that seemed to have the facilities and level we were looking for (4-star hotel with a nice view, good breakfast and a pool). I'm happy to say that the hotel exceeded our expectations because of the incredible view, super helpful staff and a nice breakfast which has a lot of options. Couldn't really ask for more!
Cons: The only thing that bothered us just a tiny bit was the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room and the pool area which both had some hair here and there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing pool and warm. Great views from anywhere inside the hotel, bar and pool. Sauna. Relaxed public areas. Luggage storage. Bed sheets so smooth and soft. Pool is inside and heated.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is good, location is good to start hikes around Bariloche, private parking is available, rooms are clean, microwave and sink is in the room, bathroom was big
Cons: Slow WiFi, little English at the reception
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had a very enjoyable stay here. The property is surrounded by a garden that seems more like a forest than anything else. It feels like a very welcome breathe of fresh air away from busy Bariloche. As a consequence, you get a beautiful view inside the tree canopy and all this nature from the room's wide windows. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful which went to very kind lengths to make my stay comfortable. I find it very easy to recommend this place if you want to relax and spend a few days to enjoy Bariloche. I stayed twice and did not regret it.
Cons: There are a few nitpicks and things I need to mention for the sake of fairness : - The road traffic nearby can get loud at busy hours, although the staff was more than accommodating to get a quiet room that helps a lot in that regard. I am a light sleeper and spent good nights. - The location is a ten minute walk up and down a steep hill from the center of bariloche. However there being a fairly priced restaurant on the property's doorstep and another 5 minutes away helps a lot if you, like me, are on foot. - The property has good wifi coverage but, being far from Bariloche, the bandwidth is not enormous. It wasn't much of an issue but it's something to bear in mind if this is a requirement for you.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Can't get any better for the price, was surprised to see what we got for the price. Breakfast included.
Cons: Norhing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly personnel, very good breakfast, clean and spacious room, fridge and some tableware in the room. It's very good place to avoid morning/evening road jams as you're closer to the mountain, though because of this it's quite high and it takes around 15 min to get to the center of the village
Cons: There were not enough place to store staff, like any cupboard would work, but there was not any. Would be awesome to have a tea pot in the room ...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, decent size. Good shower. Little kitchenette in the room. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good location for bariloche.
Cons: A kettle in the room would be nice. Although there was a microwave which worked.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very basic but good breakfast! Strong coffee :) Friendly yet down to earth staff, very low key, chill place. A great place to be a base camp :)
Cons: The facilities were quite basic and straightforward, which fit our needs perfectly. If someone was looking for more luxury, The walls were somewhat thin, which is to be expected for the area and age of the building. It wasn't a problem for us.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: 20 minute walk into town but not a problem for us
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and was the hotel with the best English level during out long trip. Breakfast was also very good.
Cons: It's a bit far away from downtown but you can always take a taxi.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice design, great staff, comfortable room.
Cons: Location is a bit out of the way, but relatively quiet.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Spacy and comfortable room with magnificent views. Very well decorated hotel, with nice details and good size living room. Decent breakfast and although few staff, service is very good
Cons: Pool and spa could be better taken care and serviced. Rooms become very hot in the afternoon sun, awnings could be a simple solution.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: amazing place, great restaurant.
Cons: perhaps some heating system problem, the room was cold. Internet didn't work.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room, the staff, and the location.
Cons: Improved coffee would be great; everything else was fine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful small boutique hotel overlooking the lake. Secluded and quiet. Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Right off the Circuito Chico with hiking and other activities nearby. 5 minute drive to the dock for boats to Isla Victoria. Great restaurants nearby.
Cons: Quite a drive from the airport and is tucked away off a dirt road. No problem if you have a car.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredible, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are very spacious. Meals were of a very good quality.
Cons: Nothing.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This is a good place to relax, far away from the hustle of Bariloche downtown, which is not very attractive. The staff is helpful, polite, friendly and speaks English very well. Denisse always cared for our concerns and gave us good advice regarding activities in the region. I also liked that it's a rather small hotel so that we had a really quiet and relaxing stay. The restaurant is very good! The quality of the meals is extraordinary and the restaurant has a lovely view on the lake and the mountains. Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety in sweets, whereas the selection of salty dishes is very basic (only ham, one sort of cheese and eggs). In general, the decoration of the hotel is genuine and appealing.
Cons: I would definitely recommend to book a deluxe room. Our standard room was located in the cellar and viewed mostly trees, which provoked a rather cold and dark atmosphere. I didn't expect that, regarding the photos shown on booking.com. In addition, the heating only worked in the third night (although the staff tried to fix it). We both had a little cold, so we would have appreciated the heating. Also, more sockets near the bed would be useful (actually, there was only one on each side for the lamp). All in all, the room felt a little like a "low budget option", although I don't consider 160 Dollar per night low budget. The outside area (pool, terrasse) didn't look very appealing. The rusty seating group is uncomfortable and the sunbeds are quite dirty. It would be little effort to replace those.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Stars And the facilities where great. The food is superb and the wine selection was out of this world. Prices where really affordable too.
Cons: There was nothing to complain during our whole stay at the hotel, we had a great experience.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The food is EXCELENT, gourmet food. The floor is heated in the whole appartament.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The Tirol is a block from town center, overlooking the lake and with easy walks to the sites, restaurants and shopping especially for chocolate shops. The front desk was helpful in making a reservation for dinner up in the hills.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We were in town for a triathlon, and this little hotel was in the perfect location, with a wonderful view, great restaurant, extremely clean, great value, wonderful breakfast a very kind staff. The hotel is not fancy, it was perfect for our needs, and it is one block from the historic center of Bariloche...such a great location.
Cons: Nothing!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location for being close to shops and restaurants, plus the bus stops. Lake view is beautiful. 1 room had a phenomenal bathroom. Reliable airport shuttles. Good housekeeping.
Cons: Lift is as slow as molasses. Breakfast is pretty basic and only had 1 or 2 tables to fit more than 2 people so can be a bit cramped and awkward if you're not early enough. 1 room didn't have a power socket near the bed which made charging phone inconvenient due to lack of other seating options. Wifi was very weak and unstable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Execent location and very clean
Cons: The breakfast is good but quality and variety of fruits is poor.
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good but no hot options. WiFi is good everywhere. Location for downtown buses and shops is excellent

8,5 Excellent

8,3 Excellent
Cons: Old fashion, needs updating
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great service in the restaurant for dinner. Great breakfast food but your toaster does not work...
Cons: The wait at the reception on arriving. We were 2 couples who wanted to each pay our bill separately and it took quite a while to work out. We did not expect that in such a high end hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast, location(views), table in bungalow, 2 loos, gardens, wifi. Laundry in 24 hrs.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The hotel has a spa, swimming pool and an excellent breakfast.
Cons: The property has several different houses on the grounds. It was unclear to me when booking that we would be staying in an older version of the hotel away from the main building. The rooms were old and a bit grungy. In order to get to breakfast or go to the pool, visitors have to walk through the garden. So make sure you know what you book.
7,9 Good
Pros: View over the lake. Excellent restaurant.
Cons: Our room was a duplex cabin/cottage which needs renovation.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very nice place a bit outside Bariloche with its scattered architecture. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Given the price level, one would expect the room is better equipped. No chance to make coffee or tea.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: good price/value big bedroom comfy bed great breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room service was excellent.. the food came very good
6,7 Good
Pros: Hotel restaurant served really refined food. Beautifully presented and good quality and execution. Got away from all the run of the mill stuff. Breakfast, although a lot of choice, it came down to pastries, cornflakes, fruit and the usual scrambled egg and bacon. Mass produced food, no finesse. Coffee tasted foul. But to be fair this kind of large buffet food seems to be the norm in Argentinian hotels with lots of people taking pictures of the spread, so maybe by this standard it is good and only the European palette is not so well catered for. I just wished they would add muesli, some nuts and plain unsweetened yogurt to their repertoire.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Well located
Cons: The breakfast was excellent but to many people
6,2 Good
Pros: parking was provided fairly close to the room.
Cons: Hard to find driveway to the property, steep. The restaurant was good the 1st night and poor the 2nd. Very slow service. One desk person was great and the other was not so nice.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay. An overall great value for money. Juan and Jose were wonderful and so accommodating. The property itself is very cute and the location is not too bad, although a bit out of the main area. Grocery store is close enough!

Pros: Travelling alone with little knowledge of the area, having Juan on site was a godsend. Pros: Attentive staff, good breakfast with variety of options, beds were incredible. Hotel restaurant was excellent although a bit more expensive than having dinner in town. As other people have said, not the closest to the center but close enough; Bariloche is not a big place. Would stay again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Extensive breakfast included. Lovely indoor/outdoor infinity pool, sauna, workout room. In room hot tub. Artistic mountain lodge décor. Very helpful, pleasant, multi-lingual staff. Great, reasonably priced dinning experience. Very quiet, peaceful, beautifully landscaped property.
Cons: In our room the shower floor did not drain properly.
7,5 Good
Pros: The swimming pool view
Cons: Pillows
4,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. The only positive thing to say. The shower had good power and hot water.
Cons: The heated pool was too cold to enjoy or use at all, which is a fun activity at Bariloche hotels. Their wifi was terrible in the rooms. Their blankets were too scarce and thin for such a cold place, and the heating in the room was barely felt, it was cold to stay and sleep in their rooms. My wife caught a cold, even though she slept with a sweater on top of her pijamas. Very cold rooms, without the possibility to increase the heater settings.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice big bedroom with lake view and jacuzzi. Restaurant is really good. Nice general atmosphere.
Cons: Some little outdated features to replace in the bathroom
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The dinner was exquisite... and the room was very cosy

6,7 Good
Pros: The location is ok; Comfortable accommodation; Beautiful scenery.
Cons: Front desk service attitude is very bad, can't help tourists solve any problems.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I haven't used the recreational facilities, in general the place is neat and clean and far away from noises but close enough to the center.
Cons: Pretty expensive for what they offer. I was in a hurry to fly to Bariloche and checked in late night and was found without toothbrush kits.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice view from the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Scrambled eggs upon request was nice. Staff was amazing. My bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect as it’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to the center but is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Look forward to coming back.

Pros: Breakfast
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It is a place with a very warm atmosphere. The staff are incredible. When I return to Bariloche I will stay here again
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Convenient restaurant next door
Cons: Poor welcome when we arrived. Bathroom was ridiculously small. No tea or coffee available and no bar although reception did provide cans of beer on request but no choice offered.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The decor was awesome - full of deer horns and pelts. The bed was very comfy and the shower had strong current.
Cons: The hostel is poorly maintained, the door didn't close well, we could hear everything that happened in rooms next to us and in the dining hall. Also although the hostel is close to the center there is an enormous climb before you get to it so it was quite hard to get there, especially at night after a whole day of excursions. Also if you book with any kind of discount or in a date that they decide is in a high request they charge the card you leave in booking as soon as they can. In our case it was only 20 days before but we heard of a guest that was charged 2 months in advance!

Pros: Great staff and hotel in such great cleaning conditions. Lucas and Fabián (front desk) are such great and warm people! I totally recommend staying at HNH when staying in Bariloche.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from welcoming and helpful staffs to room service was very nice. I got the room with one of the best views . The room was super clean and comfortable. They used to clean the room everyday. I was having fever when I reached Bariloche and the managers did everything to make me comfortable. From sending hot drinks to my room to call doctors and I didn't have to ask anything. The breakfast had so many options. The hotel is in the heart of the center and all the shops and restaurants and travel agencies and Rapanui/ Mamushka/ del Turista are within 300 meters .
Cons: There is nothing.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice room size and convenient bathroom.
Cons: Kind of a so-so breakfast.

Cons: It was super loud due to construction work. The rooms are very old fashioned - the pictures do not reflect that accurately. Cannot see why this would be 4 stars standard.

Cons: Wi-Fi in room was not always working
8,8 Excellent
Pros: central location, sincere staff, excellent breakfast, spacious lobby, pretty good gym, including a bench rack, dumbells and other equipment that are not shown in the photos!
Cons: Wi-fi was the slowest of 3 hotels I stayed at in Bariloche; The gym is only open from Noon (but they did let me use it in the morning after some negotiating); at the time of my stay there was a construction site next door making noise even on Sunday

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location with an easy walk to downtown. Excellent breakfast with polite and attentive staff. Brilliant pianist playing most nights was a wonderful treat. Efficient check-in and proficient staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Reliable wi-fi. Able to relax in front lounge with drinks to chill-out in comfort.
Cons: Nothing to report here. Everything was perfect.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great central location. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and sorted our dripping air conditioning.
Cons: We were given a room with a wet room bathroom so floor wet and shower fixing unstable. Also air conditioning started dripping water.
6,7 Good
Pros: Wonderful piano player in the foyer Best massage I’ve ever had from Veronica Upgraded to an enormous suite-wow!
Cons: No Wi-fi except in foyer- staff shrug Unhelpful staff Re my ski lift photo which didn’t arrive Bath in front of view- lovely- crept the window does steam up!!! So lying in the bath looking at the view is not an option! No reply to several requests for airport shuttle which booking.com insists they do - they don’t. And their taxi service is a rip-off
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff at check in were extremely professional, polite and gave us great service, especially the lady, unfortunately I didn’t get her name
6,3 Good
Pros: the location was good, breakfasta was OK
Cons: We made a reservation of two rooms, one with three beds and one with a double bed(or two beds) The first night we received the double-bed room plus a room with only two beds. Hotel staff insisted on saying that we were receiving an upgrade because both rooms had a nice view over the lake. To me, the service did not conform to my reservation and I made a complaint. Some staff were even rude, instead of apologizing for the mistake. The second night we received another room, which had three beds as requested.
7,1 Good
Pros: The breakfast, especially the eggs were great!!
Cons: The room was above the kitchen. So it always smelled like food in our room.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location is great / Superior room Lake view is incredible / Breakfast is very good / SPA is great / Staff is very friendly
Cons: Too much noisy hotel -> room doors do not close totally, and all noise from corridor is practically inside the room. Walls are very thin, and any noise in nearby rooms are heard very high. Shower bathtub with leaks so bathroom was wet all the time.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nicely decorated. Good location. Lovely lobby. Gracious staff.
Cons: Beds were very saggy and uncomfortable. I asked them to put a wooden slats beneath the mattress, which helps a little bit. Slow Internet, which you have to be in the lobby to use
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are excellent, the view of the lake was amazing, my room had a deck, the breakfast was very good and location was also very good. I am coming back to Bariloche and have already made a booking at this hotel.
