Pros: We loved everything! Amazing place!!!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff - friendly, no issues communicating in English with them WiFi - strong all throughout. No drop outs. Not slow Breakfast - good variety (cereals, croissants, toast, muffins, biscuits, fruits, small warm dishes such as mini burgers, various drinks - orange, grapefruit, coffee, yogurt drinks). There is a special breakfast dish each day. Guest bar - ( pastries, biscuits, drinks )- access to this throughout the day if hungry Dinner - reasonable prices. My partner enjoyed the steak. I didn’t quite like the chicken curry, but this is also personal preference. Room - we had a fridge in room, spacious for 2, good views. Small security box (enough for passports and documents) - it was a bit far back in the closet, troublesome for vertically challenged. It was nice and warm. Too warm for my partner however. Towels - big and soft. Bed was soft but not an issue for us. Bed made daily. Walls are thin - night experience depends on your neighbours! Transport/ surrounding They can organise private transfers to and from airport. We paid about 1250 peso. There is a bus stop about 500m from the property - bus 20 to take you to the Center of town Not much to do around the property - can take bus 20 to LLao LLao for Cerro Circuito, for to down town. Not many food options around - Quiven is about 1 km away (fine dining - great place, delicious food. Apparently one of the best restaurants in Bariloche) Things we wished we knew: 1. Hotel restaurant - needs reservation. It was fully booked one night so we had to venture out at 8.30pm to find a place to eat. Not an issue for those with cars but we didn’t rent one.

Pros: Peninsula Petit is a great choice for accommodations in Bariloche. The staff is fantastic, the food is very good, and the value is wonderful. Overall, it is the best hotel we stayed in during our month in Argentina.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality is very warm. When you get there they give you hot choclate to drink and cookies. The stuff is very helpful, have many recommendations and helped us a lot during our stay with calling places and planning tours. Thay have many parking palces. The dinner is good and they have a very cheap manu of the day option. The best thing is the amazing view- from the loby and the room! The room was cozy and big, nicly decorated, with very big and good bed, great shower. They have a small place with cookies and drink all day long. And the breakfast is by far the best thing you can have in all argentina. They have so many options, small different dishes and everything is fresh and home made. The BEST place in argentina!!!!!

Pros: The hotel is 11km out of Bariloche but as we had a car this was not a problem. Also it is near Cerro Catedral and the road around the peninsular which was very interesting. The hotel is spacious. It has a very warm swimming pool even the outside section. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and although near the road we could not hear the traffic noise if the window was closed.
Cons: Nothing except we weren't warned by the hotel that the Cerro Catedral chairlift would be closed on general election day, but this is not likely to occur again.

Pros: Our studio, lake view room had very large windows looking on to the gardens, sculptures, mountains and lake. So beautiful and peaceful. Small, shallow but warm pool leading from inside the spa to the outside. Very nice breakfasts, served to your table - eggs however you like them - breads, cakes and pastries. The hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the town centre (around 500-550 ARS). It was an excellent choice.

Cons: Staff were friendly and very helpful but a bit robotic. I like to meet and talk to people when I travel and they didn’t seem to show any personality. A very minor criticism though.

Pros: Excellent staff and restaurant!!! Denise was specially helpful. Very comfortable room with balcony and amazing view. We'll be back as soon as possible!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Spacy and comfortable room with magnificent views. Very well decorated hotel, with nice details and good size living room. Decent breakfast and although few staff, service is very good
Cons: Pool and spa could be better taken care and serviced. Rooms become very hot in the afternoon sun, awnings could be a simple solution.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: amazing place, great restaurant.
Cons: perhaps some heating system problem, the room was cold. Internet didn't work.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful small boutique hotel overlooking the lake. Secluded and quiet. Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Right off the Circuito Chico with hiking and other activities nearby. 5 minute drive to the dock for boats to Isla Victoria. Great restaurants nearby.
Cons: Quite a drive from the airport and is tucked away off a dirt road. No problem if you have a car.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredible, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are very spacious. Meals were of a very good quality.
Cons: Nothing.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This is a good place to relax, far away from the hustle of Bariloche downtown, which is not very attractive. The staff is helpful, polite, friendly and speaks English very well. Denisse always cared for our concerns and gave us good advice regarding activities in the region. I also liked that it's a rather small hotel so that we had a really quiet and relaxing stay. The restaurant is very good! The quality of the meals is extraordinary and the restaurant has a lovely view on the lake and the mountains. Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety in sweets, whereas the selection of salty dishes is very basic (only ham, one sort of cheese and eggs). In general, the decoration of the hotel is genuine and appealing.
Cons: I would definitely recommend to book a deluxe room. Our standard room was located in the cellar and viewed mostly trees, which provoked a rather cold and dark atmosphere. I didn't expect that, regarding the photos shown on booking.com. In addition, the heating only worked in the third night (although the staff tried to fix it). We both had a little cold, so we would have appreciated the heating. Also, more sockets near the bed would be useful (actually, there was only one on each side for the lamp). All in all, the room felt a little like a "low budget option", although I don't consider 160 Dollar per night low budget. The outside area (pool, terrasse) didn't look very appealing. The rusty seating group is uncomfortable and the sunbeds are quite dirty. It would be little effort to replace those.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff... English, Spanish and Portuguese speakers, they gave us lots of good recommendations and helped us reserving programs and external services. I strongly recommend the lake view. An spectacular view of the mountains, lake and nature every morning.
Cons: You should definitely rent a car, the hotel is a bit far from everything. Rental prices are quite high so I recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Consult the staff to see if they can get you a better price on rental - this is not particular to this hotel though, it is a good thing to have a car to move around independently of where you stay in Bariloche.

Pros: Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly personnel, very good breakfast, clean and spacious room, fridge and some tableware in the room. It's very good place to avoid morning/evening road jams as you're closer to the mountain, though because of this it's quite high and it takes around 15 min to get to the center of the village
Cons: There were not enough place to store staff, like any cupboard would work, but there was not any. Would be awesome to have a tea pot in the room ...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, decent size. Good shower. Little kitchenette in the room. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good location for bariloche.
Cons: A kettle in the room would be nice. Although there was a microwave which worked.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very basic but good breakfast! Strong coffee :) Friendly yet down to earth staff, very low key, chill place. A great place to be a base camp :)
Cons: The facilities were quite basic and straightforward, which fit our needs perfectly. If someone was looking for more luxury, The walls were somewhat thin, which is to be expected for the area and age of the building. It wasn't a problem for us.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: 20 minute walk into town but not a problem for us
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and was the hotel with the best English level during out long trip. Breakfast was also very good.
Cons: It's a bit far away from downtown but you can always take a taxi.

6,3 Good
Pros: Lost one of our jackets, the hotel helped to communicate with the bus service provider. Of course, the two local telephone calls was charged, however, the jacket is back.
Cons: We had a 2m view, we saw the foot of a hill just 2m away from our window, instead of a lake-view was distributed on the website.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Warm, charming, quite and clean hotel. Highly recommended
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel and a great value for our money.
Cons: The tragic to the town
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: Very slow WiFi
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect. Fantastic view. Rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is great with a lot of different choices to eat. Staff friendly, professional, and helpful. Congratulations!!
Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It was fantastic!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently close to town but far enough to take to the road and visit the sights in the countryside.
Cons: Some (and by some I mean a small few) in the staff seemed always ready to say "no" rather than help out. For instance 5min short of the breakfast buffet closing, I asked for milk to pour on my cereal and the waitress scoffed at the time and refused to offer what could have been a brief and painless return to the backroom fridge (since it had ran out in the buffet) and pour me some. Same with some amenities in the spa, where the bookings were gobbled up by guests and their children and the spa staff was more concerned with telling you so rather than offering alternative accommodations or times. For a hotel that goes for top dollar in the middle of ski season with guests that want confort and flexibility, these customer service small failings (but failings nonetheless) should be corrected.
6,7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent!
Cons: Not much of an option for lunch/dinner.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The restaurant was very good. The food and the service as well. Also the view to the lake was very nice. The staff was friendly but poorly trained. The location is very good. It's just 2 km from the center which could be considered as a walking distance.
Cons: Definitely this is not a five star hotel. The staff were poorly trained, the overall facilities were old and outdated. The gym was very poor and old. The breakfast was poor as well. I defiantly would not recommend.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is awesome. Most of the things you want to do in the national park are within an easy half hour commute: Mountain climbing, hiking, horseback riding, sightseeing. Candidly, you do not want to stay in downtown Bariloche. I was warned by the rental car folks, travel agency, and the front desk that if you leave anything in your car around downtown it will be broken into. This hotel is about two miles out of town so the chemically addicted underclass that robs for money for their drugs aren't so much of an issue. Breakfast is stellar. There's a wide selection of delicious food. On three days we went at 0830 when the crowds were light. The last day we went at 0930 and it was pandemonium, almost more people than chairs so crowds were milling, some people moved tables into walking lanes to obstruct it... That was the Friday before Easter so I suspect the hotel was at peak capacity.
Cons: You can forget the hotel marketing about the hot tub. The first day we saw it was empty and got in it and were promptly thrown out. Apparently it's by reservation only, and for the four days we were there were zero availabilities. We'd been hiking all day and it would have been nice. Get a room on the frontside if you can influence it. Last time I was here we enjoyed a beautiful vista across the lake. This time the backside view was of the foliated steep escarpment behind the hotel. Beware that the price will go up some. The town compels an "Ecotasa" tax upon visitors, akin to a resort tax. I think all hotels in Bariloche have this. It's a few more dollars, but I just dislike being nickel and dimed when led to believe there was full disclosure. I will try to include a photo of the tax flyer, view out the back and view out the front.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is an all a round great place to stay. The staff were great, room was excellent!
Cons: Breakfast was great but the scrambled eggs have a lot to be desired :-)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff , general atmosphere and beautiful view
Cons: No air condition and rooms get stuffy. I would give it a 4 star in quality, cost and services .

Pros: staff was extremely friendly. always on top of everything and ready to help. the view from the place was astonishing I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to spend time in Bariloche surrounded by nature in the actual property
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location, covered pool, bungalow in general
Cons: It needs some update, fridge was not working when we arrived, but it was fixed soon after. Washer machine was dripping, and almost flooded the room, I had to fix it. Some small details that need to be fixed. Also, the fact that according to the "Bariloche Law" we needed to checkout at 10.00am is not good. Specially if it is clear only around 9.00am!

Pros: Comfort and location
Cons: NO WIFI
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was in order. We were five adults and 4 children. Pricing for the accommodation was very reasonable. Good communication from staff prior to our arrival to ensure our stay was comfortable. Check in was smooth and given a warm welcome. Bungalows are well maintained and equipped and all facilities are close by by(eg the indoor pool). Staff were also very knowledgeable about activities and attractions in Bariloche. Staff were pleasant and hospitable. Will definitely consider visiting again.

4,2 Okay
Cons: It was super loud due to construction work. The rooms are very old fashioned - the pictures do not reflect that accurately. Cannot see why this would be 4 stars standard.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Pablo! He was the only one who cared to care!
Cons: Offered no protection or safety. Allowing others to harass and disrupt sleep and any sense of peace.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Very helpful staff
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel!! Located on the main street of Bariloche, close to all the must see things by foot. Nice staff and breakfast and very clean rooms!! I definately reccomand you to stay at Cristal hotel
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, easily walkable to everything. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot with good water pressure. Breakfast is decent, tons of pastries and juices (though not too much hot food). Staff is pleasant.
Cons: The WiFi was down for most of my stay and not great when it was working. The staff did not seem too fussed about it. When I mentioned that it wasn't working on my floor, the guy at the desk told me I could come to the lobby to use it there. Not ideal for work or even for relaxing with Netflix. After 24 hours of it not working, I repeated my request more forcefully, and within 15 minutes, it was up again (though only for a few hours), indicating to me that something could have been done earlier if they had bothered to act. By the next day, the internet was out in the entire hotel, and it remained so for the remainder of my stay. The other issue was the very thin walls. I could hear quite a bit of my amorous neighbors' activities, even with earplugs.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is superb, right in the middle of the main road where all shops and restaurants are located. The lake is also a a block away. The indoor swimming pool provides a perfect relaxation atmosphere.
Cons: I was surprised that the standard room is smaller than expected from the photo. Our group had the connecting room as requested, which one room was fine, just like in the advertised photo, but the other room is much smaller and there was no space for anything. No dining table and chair like the other room (no space to put it), even though it should be the same standard room. Be sure to ask for the room as shown in the photo.

Pros: Location and swimming pool
7,5 Good
Pros: Location and lake view. Breakfast really good
Cons: Nothing special.
6,7 Good
Pros: Wonderful piano player in the foyer Best massage I’ve ever had from Veronica Upgraded to an enormous suite-wow!
Cons: No Wi-fi except in foyer- staff shrug Unhelpful staff Re my ski lift photo which didn’t arrive Bath in front of view- lovely- crept the window does steam up!!! So lying in the bath looking at the view is not an option! No reply to several requests for airport shuttle which booking.com insists they do - they don’t. And their taxi service is a rip-off
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very good experience. The hotel is old but with character and kept well and aged well like old wine. Clean cosy and spacious room with amazing views from 12th floor. In the city centre close to everything.
Cons: More breakfast options for vegans and vegetarians would be great! Too many desserts for breakfast but no vegetables and healthy options.
6,3 Good
Pros: the location was good, breakfasta was OK
Cons: We made a reservation of two rooms, one with three beds and one with a double bed(or two beds) The first night we received the double-bed room plus a room with only two beds. Hotel staff insisted on saying that we were receiving an upgrade because both rooms had a nice view over the lake. To me, the service did not conform to my reservation and I made a complaint. Some staff were even rude, instead of apologizing for the mistake. The second night we received another room, which had three beds as requested.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location is great / Superior room Lake view is incredible / Breakfast is very good / SPA is great / Staff is very friendly
Cons: Too much noisy hotel -> room doors do not close totally, and all noise from corridor is practically inside the room. Walls are very thin, and any noise in nearby rooms are heard very high. Shower bathtub with leaks so bathroom was wet all the time.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: What is not to like? The breakfast is exuberrant. The staff is ultra friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect. What more can I say?
Cons: Just a tip for the hotel: offer tissues in the bathroom or room. That was the only thing missing.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nicely decorated. Good location. Lovely lobby. Gracious staff.
Cons: Beds were very saggy and uncomfortable. I asked them to put a wooden slats beneath the mattress, which helps a little bit. Slow Internet, which you have to be in the lobby to use
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
