Pros (+) The girls at the front desk were phenomenal with their customer service. I was not a happy patron and they did all they could to assuage me.
Cons (-) I paid for the Premium WiFi. Getting into it was a challenge. The signal was week and slow, and every 3-5 minutes it would go down and I had to sign in again every time. I finally gave up after a couple of trips to the office to complain about this. The bed was hard and it only had a sheet that tried to pass for a blanket.
