Pros (+) Had a room at the end of a hall
Cons (-) A remote for the TV that worked and room service. I requested both and got neither.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was a highlight for many. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, stained sheets, and unkempt carpets. Service received mixed feedback; while some guests found the staff friendly and accommodating, others experienced issues with room readiness and staff competence. Breakfast offerings were generally considered lacking, with several guests disappointed by the limited selection. Bed comfort was also criticized in multiple reviews. Overall, the location and occasional positive staff interactions were the main positives, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and room comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
