Cons:The hot tub jets did not work

Pros:Free breakfast tasted ok. There was a good selection of food. Wished it went longer though.. Staff was friendly
Cons:Beds and pillows were horrible. Absolutely the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had. AC didn’t work that good in the room, felt stuffy.
Pros:Perfect location for medical appointments....convenient to good restaurants as well as hospitals and doctors offices.
Cons:Breakfast was non impressive with horrible coffee......COFFEE WAS AWFUL
Pros:Friendly people, customer service was great, breakfast was excellent. All around hotel was perfect best La Quinta hotel we've stayed so far.

Pros:it wasn't too far from attractions and free breakfast.
Cons:The restroom was clean except the bath tub it had a few hairs that weren't ours. Also the AC wouldn't get cold.
Pros:Breakfast was good, room was nice and big. This was the executive king suite mind you. i'm not sure about how big/small the other regular rooms are. Nice size tv.
Cons:the location is sort of outside the city and we had to drive approx 20 - 30 mins to get there. Coming from california, I am not used to the turnarounds and had to make a couple attempts to get here. The crew started working on pulling the carpet and replacing the carpet right outside our door. Good thing that we were checking out that morning, but we had to leave the hotel with carpet dust in our lungs and banging outside our door. coming to think about it, I guess there is never a good time to work on replacing the carpets in a hotel. Its always busy in a hotel. :)
Pros:It was a good value and staff was friendly
Cons:We got the handicap room without knowing.
Cons:The staff here are very inconsiderate of your needs and are not willing to help when asked. There are other places out there that you can get for a better deal and not be treated with disregard and contempt. I waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to show up when I called for the shuttle immediately upon arrival. I called the hotel after waiting curbside for 20 minutes. The front desk staff (Steve) then lied to me and told me that there was traffic which was causing the shuttle to be diverted, but when talking with the driver he told me there was no traffic at all. Google maps had also confirmed that earlier.
