Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff as a major positive aspect of their stay. Cleanliness is also frequently praised, with many mentioning spotless rooms and fresh linens. The breakfast receives high marks for variety and quality, and the hotel's location is appreciated for its proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, several guests report issues with noise from nearby roads, especially in rooms facing the street, and mention the lack of air conditioning as a drawback during hot weather. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, particularly in service, cleanliness, breakfast, and location.
