The view from the room was fantastic, the location was nice and the food was great.
The elevator was very slow.

The hotel it self was lovely , walkway to beach was nice the rooms were very nice and comfortable
The grumpiness in all the staff bedding not being changed in the whole week ,pool area so unorganised , being ignored by bar staff when all inclusive ,and only concentrating on paying guests ,and poor entertainment , I could go on forever

The room was really nice and clean, he staff were fine
Too big and noisy place. If you travel to enjoy peace and quiet, it is not the best place to stay. But the hotel is clean and very close to a small beach. For breakfast you need to wait in a line as there are too many people, but it is a buffet braekfast and the choise is wide.

Everything Can not say enough good things about this hotel the staff are so efficient really friendly happy and so nice the restaurant and bar staff expecially were really professional and very helpful and good fun all staff was always smiling and ready to offer any help the cleanliness off the hotel was very very good both in the rooms and in the public areas food was great will definitely be back to this hotel as an all inclusive the kids had a wonderful time with so much for them to do here the kids entertainment staff activities and shows were very much enjoyed by them can't wait for our next trip back here
