Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which is close to major attractions and amenities, and some found the breakfast to be simple but adequate. However, many reviews reported issues with service, including unhelpful or even hostile staff, and recurring problems with cleanliness and maintenance, such as lack of hot water and room conditions. Safety concerns were also mentioned due to the surrounding area. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel struggles with service, cleanliness, and safety.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and it was located very close to freeway.
Cons (-) Our “non- smoking” room had some cigarette burns on the comforter, and the curtains had what looked like food stains on them. There was ice cream or something on the inside of the door. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
