Cons (-) The front desk staff was polite and pleasant. However there is a complete disconnect between housekeeping and the front desk. I arrived at 3:45pm and was assigned two rooms housekeeping reported as ready that were not made up. Ar least four other guests were assigned rooms that were not ready.
