Pros: The pool and terrace area was lovely to relax in when it was hot. The location on the edge of the town was very good-short walk to the restaurants and beaches

Cons: Breakfast was expensive at 14 euros per person and generally we found the value for money not particularly good. We also unfortunately had a room with the main window facing the main walkway meaning we kept the curtains shut a lot of the time.

Cons: Bathroom a bit simply, no shower curtains. Would be good to have a small fridge in the room. Mattress of the extra bed was a bit tired.

Pros: Lovely country style accommodation just on the edge of the resort with easy access to everything, providing you don't mind a short walk. Good secure parking available. Very relaxing to sit outside by the pool for drinks and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Breakfast a little repetitive, but nothing to moan about really, they welcome dogs, and I am a dog lover, but there were several dogs staying whilst we were there, and my wife is somewhat uncertain around them, although they were all well behaved

Pros: Great value considering there is a pool. All very clean, and pleasant staff.

Cons: The town is not very large, so it is really not a problem that the hotel is close to the edge of it. And the beach is only a few steps away, and that makes up for it.

Pros: Easy to walk from the hotel to the town or the beach. Free parking just next to the hotel. Swimming pool for guests to use.

Cons: Shower is a bit small and dated.

Pros: Beach community hotel with poolside service and a lovely poolside buffet breakfast. Wifi was in and out but very good overall. Hotel is in the middle of the restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I believe a hotel with a pool is rare in that area and it was nice at the end of a beach day. You can shower off and sit and have a glass of rose by the pool while the kids swim.

Cons: air conditioning, but it's not common there. We wanted to let a breeze in but ended up with mosquito bites in the morning. They do have a lacy screen curtain. We should have secured it more effectively.

Pros: The hotel has a great location close to the center of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer which is perfect to explore the Camargue both by bike and car. There is a huge free public parking just outside the hotel.

Cons: The bathroom needs to be refurbished.

Pros: Hotel Bleu Marine is exceptionally well-located for the beach and for the centre of town. The pool is a real bonus and something that not many hotels in Saintes Marie have. Whilst we chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, the service of snacks and drinks etc. was very good.

Cons: The beds were a little too hard for the older members of our party. The wifi whilst good and fast when connected did drop connections quite often.

Pros: Clean, comfortabale, big rooms. Two nice swiming pools. Nice people. Good dinner but a bit pricy. A bit too far from the village but in general very nice hotel. I would stay there again if I go to Camargue in near future.

Pros: The whole property is very well kept. The beautiful garden with 2 pools and jacuzzi feels like an oasis with all the greenery. Liked the comfortable sunbeds (with nice mattresses) and there was a small bar with small dishes and drinks available. All stuff was very friendly and service minded and both the breakfast and dinner were just excellent, highly recommended!

Pros: Located very nice in the lively harbour area of Saint-Marie in close proximity of the old town esc area of the village. Decent price and nice staff. The rooms are very clean and fresh and the air conditioning perfect on a hot day and actually on par with some four star hotels that we have visited.

Cons: 1. Staff doesn’t speak english. The ladies (managers) even didn’t try to help and understand us when it was needed. First dinner our family (with 3 babies from 2 to 6 y.o.) was waiting for any food more then one hour in spite of the fact that we were the first who come to the restuarant. Others tables were served prior ours. Very strange situation. Only one manager (Mr) spoke english and was very helpful for us, but he apiared only the second day. If this manager was in the hotel from the beginig of our stay I give to the hotel 9,0. 2. Uncomfortable bath. You can use it only sitting not staing.

Pros: The proximity of the equestrian centre and the ease of getting around the area. We liked being able to sit in the small area outside our room and in the area near the swimming pool and bar. We liked the quietness of the area.

Cons: The food in the dining room at dinner was appalling. We stayed 3 nights. There was no choice of menu and the first and third nights' dinners were identical and not good. We had to ask for different dishes and the sauces on the meat on nights 2 and 3 were the same. On night 1 the fish main course was absolutely tasteless. They tried to serve lentils with everything. They need a new chef badly. In contrast breakfast was first class. All the staff and owners were very pleasant. Bedroom and bathroom not very clean. Everything was very expensive and nothing like good enough for a 4 Star hotel.

Pros: The location is wonderful and the property has been very good designed.

Cons: The service has been very poor. In our stay in Hotel they didn’t change any towels and make sure shampoo and shower gel is on place. It has been more then 4 days stay and we were still without changing shower gel and towels. The reception and staff should give more details to guests- with info what is happening in the area, what they can recommend. Give some information about their own restaurant. When they have dinner or at least try to explain the concept. The staff is not speaking English at all - very difficult to communicate if you’re not speaking French. I would suggest new owners of Hotel from June on - to train the staff and improve service. The room has been very small and not value for money. Bathroom bath didn’t work properly. The level we expect has been higher specially for a price you pay and service you get and the hotel is rated as one in collections of Chateux Hotels. Usually this type of Hotels has a very good reputation. Unfortunately the hotel will need to do some improvement and upgrade to stay within Collection Chateux group.

Pros: The hotel and grounds are traditional Camargue style. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a touch of luxury. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and offers a very relaxed feel. The bar/lounge area is tastefully decorated offering breakfast, hot and cold drinks and evening meal. The attached equestrian centre is very professional with healthy horses. Novices catered for.

Cons: Well we had our little dog and they do not accept dogs, so we did not feel comfortable, also no service of drinks around the pool. The terrace of the rooms are not comfortable furniture

Cons: Extremely hot water in the cavaliere triple room bathrooms. Our son burnt his arm. A little surprised to find that fish of day in the pont de banned restaurant was salmon in the Camargue!

Cons: Breakfast is not really up to standard. Freshly cut fruit looked two days old. Charcuterie was not so qualitative.

Pros: The grounds are nice and the view from our double room w a bathtub was lovely but that was about all that was accurate from the photos on line. The reception staff was also dry accommodating when we tried to change rooms because the bath tub was stained and old. But when we looked at the other rooms, we decided to stay with the original as the other rooms did not have a view and were also very outdated. The pool was also nice to swim in on a hot day.

Cons: The pictures on line do not accurately portray this hotel. It is run down and needs to be updated and not worth the cost. It is definitely NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! There is no WiFi in any of the rooms and they basically make you pay for everything outside of the nightly cost of the room. They didn’t even want to let us open a bottle of wine we brought from outside the hotel when we asked for a wine opener.. very strange. This hotel could be great with a lot of TLC.

Pros: The garden huts in the right location were right next to water where you could see wildlife. Lovely walk into the seaside town. Good pools. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Cons: Right next to a road - especially some of the garden huts so check location! Far too expensive (though the camargue is), especially as breakfast was an extra €20! Basically no vegetarian dishes. Everything costs extra (eg spa access). At €220 a night you’d think breakfast and spa could be included!

It was a overall fail and a total desaster with the booking, we waited 4 hours in the car until the room was ready, they charged us for services we didn't use, and the communication was very poor (stuff not Trained).

Pros: The room was very nice. We had a cabana. It was a little difficult to pull our suitcases from the parking to the cabana. A small sidewalk might be helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was served from 830-10. We arrived at 945 and already food was being removed. More leisurely would have been a little better.

Cons: Thi is definitely not a 4 stars hotel! Poor cleaning service, some of the rooms are not cleaned before 3 pm. The lagune behind the room smelled incredibly. Towels to the swimming pool are lent only on a deposit of 40 €! So guests use their own and let it on a chair as a reservation all the day. So when you come to the swimming pool, all chairs are "occupied" even there is nearly no one.

Cons: We can not get dinner in the hotel. Even more, we can not get a glass of beer at 21.30 - they have closed entertainment at swimming pool. You can stay at your hotel room (small house), but aircondition does not work. Next day they gave as a breakfast for free but this is not what we need travelling around Provence and coming far from Slovenia

Pros: Ideally situated for access to the nature, excellent food and very comfortable accommodation in the Cabane de Gardian.

Cons: Lovely place - very expensive considering it was 'off-season' and some of the amenities weren't open.

Pros: The location and the landscape were excellent. The setting and layout of the resort was also good but did not necessarily separate the business clients from holidayers.

Cons: Breakfast was poor, there was one staff trying to do everything. During our stay there was also a business meeting which created a lot of discomfort. The business meeting was inevitably noisy with having their small group discussions by the pool while we were trying to relax. The group members had no respect for people having holidays talking loudly at 3.00am after their team building (?) events.

Pros: Lovely location, in the middle of little lakes with birds and all kinds of animals. Absolutely quiet. The restaurant is excellent.
