Cons: What we really did not like it is a situation with water there. In Order to take a shower with warm water, one needs to leave the water running another 40 minutes. We had a train at 6 in the morning and were in a hurry, so at the end we had to be satisfied with the cold shower.

Pros: Early checkin as we arrived at 10am. Breakfast is basic but full of choice. The room is large and free to obtain drink water.
Cons: Hotel is aged. But the equipment is operational so far.

Pros: Service was good and nice. Premices was good.
Cons: Air was not very good in room. Maybe there has been some smoking. Bed was a bit old.

Pros: Staff helpfull and good breakfast with lots of good to choose from.
Cons: The hotel is old and could use a fixup.
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast is Ok. Internet is working fine. Staff assistance was helpful. Close walking distance to metro.
Cons: There is a smell of tabacco in the room, which is not acceptable for kids, especially if they are allergic. Hmm, there are even ashtrays in the rooms, although hotel is position itself is "no smoking". The ventilation system in bathroom has not been cleaned for a long time, and impressively very noisy. Most of TV channels have had a very low resolution of picture (have no idea on why, but it is the first hotel with such TV set, luckily internet connection was fine). And I still have no idea on pieces of paper with "disinfected" ... looks scary, especially for kids

Pros: Very convenient location for bus transportation. Friendly, accommodating staff. Purchased cappuccinos were great.
Cons: Rooms were hot! Some mold issues in shower. Hall and lobby were overrun by bus loads of LOUD tourist on some days.
4,2 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Photos not relevant provided by the website. Having paid for the number of the superoir, we received something quite different. The bathroom does not fully comply with the photos provided. The room is less than half of the information provided. Very high humidity in the room. There is broken sink in the toilet. Staff at the reception is not competent. In such a beautiful city of St. Petersburg, you can get a hotel much better for this money.

Cons: So full of guess during breakfast and noisy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, helped with all the questions that I had. It is also very important to note that the hotel was very clean. Small kitchen in the number is very useful
Cons: It was a bit cold in the room and impossible to make it warmer somehow. In one part of the hotel didn't work wi-fi, but the staff upgraded my room to another with good WI-FI. The telephone did not work in the room for communication with the administrator
4,6 Okay
Pros: It was nice designed hotel and great place if you're planning to stay longer. You have a chance to explore other side of St. Petersburg.
Cons: We had a problem with an AC, it was coming water from there right into a plug which is dangerous. Stuff said it's normal and instead of helping, asked us why we even use it. Very rude and not professional. From cafe they charged us more than actual price was. They didn't want to return money and tried to explain with some bonus fee. For me the breakfast was too greasy.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Surprising was that food presentation and quality was very good in restoran
Cons: Reception professionality (check-in too long, knowledge about registration procedures of deskpersonell is below standard) is in very poor level and in fact corresponding to other visiter's comments in website. Sauna was not in order. About request for 45 min. of longer stay in the room, reception "offered" to pay half of daily room rate.
6,7 Good
Pros: I liked that did not disturb
Cons: Bureaucracy with paid parking
6,0 Good
Pros: Children policy.
Cons: No "Do not Disturb" signs
6,0 Good
Pros: Clean, comfort and spacious room (junior suite), nice breakfast and lunch, good value for money.
Cons: Pretty far from the city center. There are no places for non-smokers in the lobby as well as in the restaurant. Hot water comes out after a few minutes waiting (12th floor).
5,3 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Location, we travelled by car, but if not, it would be a problem - the nearest metro is in 20 minutes walk. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Pros: rooms big but not much furniture in them basic.
Cons: The problem is that on pictures you see on booking is that they showing their buffet options where says ( buffet (swedish style) in reallity when we went to eat, instead of loads of things to pick from we had 6 different foods, 1) meat balls one recipe 2) meat balls another recipe 3) rice 4) some weird brown rice 5) potatoes 6) cooked chicken in some marinade, to add all this food is not fresh and is cold, same as when you eating breakfast almost all food is cold, not sure why? they saving on electricity or what? very far away from european standards, but the hotel room/design is great apart from rooms being big and cold due not having anything on walls eg pictures / art , tv is small for such big rooms..

Pros: Quick check in, clean room, good size bathroom and toilet.
Cons: The glass at few front floors are stripped off, looks like building half build. No sign of hotel, my taxi driver couldn't find it, we had ask people around and apparently you need to go to the back of the building to pass car wash facilities which is in the same building and then find the door. In the morning at the breakfast I went to the end of the serving table I was looking for some biscuits with coffee as I wasn't hungry and I've heard 'young man' the stuff was calling me I ignored it as it was rude, but he kept saying 'young man' 'young man' than approached me and pointed at the beginning of the table saying 'take the plate and start with hot dishes'. Was no need to show me what to eat. At the checkout I hand in the keys and was walking out of the place when the one receptions called me saying 'wait, I need to go and check your room to see if it is ok' what? I've been to many countries and hotels but never experienced such a bad relation to a client. Also TV wasn't showing anything.
