Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its convenience to public transport, shops, and beautiful views, and some appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlight significant noise issues due to proximity to a busy road, as well as concerns about cleanliness and outdated facilities. Service is often described as lacking, with complaints about staff availability and responsiveness. Overall, while the setting and room size are positives, noise, cleanliness, and service detract from the experience.
