10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional breakfasts presentation and taste!! The staff was really polite and helpful.
Cons: Stairs!! So many... Many of the b/b we stayed in had too many. Fortunately, we were on the bottom floor at the "Inn" thanks to a shuffle of room assignments and a very accommodating couple.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There was a very delicious, lovely, cooked to order breakfast. The entire stay felt very warm and cozy. The location is fantastic - I could see the water and boats from my third floor room, it was seconds from the wharf, and Water Street where all the shops and restaurants are located, and next door to a grocery store. There was a lovely side porch on the inn. There was easy and ample street parking as well as a small lot for the inn. It all couldn't have been nicer!

Cons: I prefer a coffee mug for my morning coffee.

Pros: The couple that run the Inn John and Esther Kim are delightful. They provide a lovely clean environment and a healthy breakfast every morning
Cons: There's nothing needed the location and service are excellent
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was convenient to the main street downtown. The breakfast was good. As in old historic homes, there were many steep stairs up to the bedrooms, but the rooms were large enough. The owner was friendly.
Cons: One thing I saw that was distracting was a large amount of equipment/supplies stored in the room where the breakfast was served and it gave that side of the room a very untidy appearance. Also, guests were asked to specifically decide when they wanted their breakfast during a short, one-hour window (8, 8:15, 8:30 or 8:45) which seemed early for a weekend. That didn't allow for much flexibility, but the proprietor and his wife were preparing and serving the meal themselves, which was a set plate.

6,7 Good
Pros: Fantastic location if going to Kira Amphitheatre or Gardens. Still walkable into town. Common areas of the Inn are very comfortable and perfect for gathering with fellow guests. Lovely outside garden patio in which to enjoy breakfast. Breakfast was just ok. Liked the combo locks on the doors as opposed to keys.
Cons: Seems like it has passed its "best before" date. No USB ports in the room that we could find. A tiny little TV. An old window A/C. Super low-end hair dryer. Horrible lumpy pillows and subpar bedding and mattress. Overall, the Inn needs a "refresh" to match its "luxury" billing.

Pros: Lovely property in a cute little town. We had a waterview room, which was very comfortable and clean. Lobby/public rooms gorgeous - fire was going in lobby, and they have two friendly lab dogs to greet guests. Breakfast is on the sunporch - wonderful. Fire pits, bocce ball and tennis, bikes to borrow etc. Great, high end resort over 100 yrs old. The best 2 things - the staff was fantastic at every encounter. Second, the dinner was wonderful, but beware nothing is inexpensive here. You get what you pay for if you want a high classy getaway.
Cons: Nothing. Met or exceeded all expectations.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and history
Cons: Housekeeping was slow on our second day though they ere very quick to get us what we needed when asked.

7,9 Good
Pros: The view of the water is incredible. A basic room with nice beds and a good set up for the tv in the evening.
Cons: It would be a nice touch to have a laundry facility and a bit more of a breakfast available.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Coffee and donuts only available. Both fresh. Local restaurants were hard to get into. We ended up driving out of town for a meal. The local farmers market was nice to wander through and shop at.
Cons: Local restaurants were overcrowded with long waits. One even walked us through the kitchen to a stuffy back room. We left without dining there. Typical coastal town catering to wealthy. Gift shops were overpriced. We are not wealthy. Nor do we want tacky-find them anywhere-trinkets.
6,3 Good
Cons: We were in the basement and could hear the people above us
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location tremendous! Room very comfortable and clean. View spectacular.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room very large and comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Patio was extremely pleasant. Large inside pool.

Cons: Wifi did not reach our room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort, very quiet which was absolutely excellent.
Cons: No access to water.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff and a great room. Enjoyed the view and watching the receding tide while sitting in the adirondack chairs, in the sun, with a glass of wine. Perfect!
Cons: Perhaps a small continental breakfast, not just donuts, for those visitors who are not guests for a longer stay and therefore would not purchase groceries for one night.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Extremely tiny bathroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here a number of times, and we always come back to this hotel. The hotel is right on the water (all rooms face the harbour), and it is essentially in the heart of the town.
Cons: This hotel is not by any means a "high end" property, but as long as you're good with that you will enjoy your stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The breakfast was fine. The beds were very comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is the best. You can watch the amazing tides from your private balcony.

Cons: Bathroom tub could use an upgrade.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were wonderful,roomy,comfortable
Cons: Needed softer pillows
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved being able to stay in an inn built in 1881. Despite reno's over the years they have managed to maintain the character of the building. We had a huge king suite overlooking the bay. Almost needed a ladder to get into bed but sooo comfortable wanted to take it home. Farmer's market Thursday just across the street. No need to drive anywhere. Lovely shops. Whale watching tours right across the street. Wished we stayed longer.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit, croissants, bacon and eggs etc. Delicious. Location was good, just a couple of miles from the town.
Cons: The bed is a treasured antique from Brazil, but unfortunately this means it creaks A LOT when you turn over in the night and wakes you up.
10,0 Excellent

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely B&B, little bit quirky and non-standard, very comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was good, location was great and parking was free. Owner very helpful and chatty.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was convenient to our destination.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, nice and quiet location not far from St. Andrews and the highway.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The room was nice and efficient until it rained. The metal roofs were like hammers and kept us awake all night.

7,5 Good
Pros: no breakfast was served. Good location.
Cons: No breakfast provided.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is my second time staying and each time it exceeded my expectations. I seen a couple go in to view one of the rooms. They proceeded to open a bar a soap, and use a clean towel. The son of the owners went in after him and replaced the soap and towel. Any other place would have just left it but they actually care about their guests comfort. They always checked in with a smile and always ensured that we where happy. The cleaning lady did an awesome job. She was very kind. You could tell she was treated properly by the owners as she was always happy and smiling. Will definitely return to this establishment. Two thumbs up
Cons: Nothing. Great location, great price, great service, clean rooms and everyone from the owners, to their children to the housekeeping lady where awesome
4,2 Okay
Cons: Bed was rock hard. Furniture too big for room. Not that clean. Still other people's hair and nasty tissue. Wifi is a joke. Had to stand at the window for any kind of reception but Wifi did NOT work. Also, could hear everything from my neighbour and room would shake everytime they opened their door up. Price is too high for that type of stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: Owners seem to be doing a good job updating what looks to have been a worn out motel. Our bedrooms and bath were modern and nicely appointed, living area and kitchen spacious and well outfitted. Very comfortable beds, too. Owners are friendly and helpful. In all, a better place than expected.
Cons: The place was clean but they kept the door open while servicing and that let about 10 flies inside. Not a big deal but def not welcome. And while advertised as air conditioned, there's one A/C in the bedroom with no window and no A/C in the one with a window, and none in the LR. Cool weather made that irrelevant, fortunately. The place has a way to go to make it worth the price they charge, given location and general condition of the property
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is really well maintained. The room was newly renovated. Very clean and great service. Bed was comfortable. Saint Andrews is very expensive for any motels/hotels. But this motel is relatively inexpensive and meets the value. Parking was easy. The garden and patios were cute. The owners and staff members were all very kind and friendly.
Cons: Nothing! I think the motel is 10/10 for a motel.

Cons: Layout of room was very poor
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: Extremely dated!!!!! Bed & pillows uncomfortable! Over priced for what you get!
5,8 Okay

Cons: Advertised as having a kitchenette - it did not.
7,5 Good
Pros: The newly renovated rooms
Cons: No breakfast
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Sitting places outside for relaxation and lunch
Cons: Lack of space to store clothing

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, excellent customer service and staff, quaint and charming.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Tara Manor is in a great location on the outskirts of St. Andrews. The upper floor (where we stayed in Junior King Suites, has a gorgeous view of Passamoquody Bay. People were friendly, including the check-in and breakfast staff.
Cons: It's getting dated in decor and slightly shabby. Maybe that's good for people with kids, and it probably keeps the price down to a manageable level, too. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Hot tub was okay but it was set too high in temperature! Being able to sit out on the deck....
Cons: Old property and needs renovations
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the locatipn and the surroundings
