We had a reunion of friends and the staff took great care of us

One of the staff members working the night shift was rude to us before we had the chance to check in. We had drove for two hours and all we wanted was to get some rest. Also when we booked it said free breakfast and the next morning we were told we had to pay.

The hotel was nice, clean, and very friendly staff. I was only there for a quick overnight to catch an early flight in the morning. I had a quick meal from the cafe that I took to my room. It was fine. Grilled cheese was great, tomato soup was meh. For the price it was good.

I don't understand charging parking. They had their own lot. This surprised me for a Courtyard and for $7.50 it kept me from giving a greater rating. I was very disappointed to be hurrying out at 5 am to catch a flight and have to get drenched by the sprinkler that was watering a tree directly next to my car, so close that the car was completely soaked as well. I parked by the back entrance. Not a good way to start a very long travel day. You may want to direct guests to park away from the sprinklers if they are departing when they are going to be on.
