Summary of reviews

Guests say
The hotel is highly praised for its beautiful, tranquil mountain location and the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many guests enjoyed the delicious dinners and appreciated the overall atmosphere of relaxation. While the breakfast and cleanliness received mixed feedback, most found the rooms comfortable and the beds good. Some guests noted minor inconveniences such as access issues in winter, renovation work, or the presence of a dog in the restaurant, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
