Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and attending events. The breakfast receives many positive mentions for its variety and quality. While some guests found the staff friendly, service experiences were mixed, with a few reporting unhelpful or inattentive reception. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, especially regarding carpets and some rooms, though other areas are satisfactory. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and breakfast, but could improve in service consistency and cleanliness.
