Pros: The location of the guesthaus is excellent. Parking at the guesthaus premises. Staff was really nice and helpful. The area is great for bike tours between vinaries and town is full of stork nests.
Cons: Breakfast was OK, but not more. No air condition. It was 34 degrees during our stay and the fan in the room was good but extremely noisy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, convenient and delicious breakfast. Very comfortable sheets and pillows. Beautiful rooms and helpful staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The traditional property in the centre of town has been tastefully restored to provide modern comforts. Our room had a small balcony with table & chairs and a well-equipped kitchen area plus a large bathroom. Very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast served in the converted cellar. We also enjoyed a free sampling of their delicious wines in their traditional & welcoming wine bar area. In addition there is a charming separate terrace and kitchen area with drinks and snacks for the use of guests(wines etc available for purchase). Would happily return and stay longer to explore this beautiful area of France.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant hotel, amazing location!
7,9 Good
Pros: This is a large property situated in the immediate vicinity of the village center. To accommodate my arrival outside the reception working hours, I received exhaustive instructions on where to park and how to get there, accompanied by post-its with my name leading to the booked room. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a large floor fan to deal with the summer heat.
Cons: Despite the very good first impression and the fact that the inside of the property is renovated to contemporary standards, the bathroom had a peculiar odor. Due to the compact nature of the village, the window overlooked a back alley and the dull wall of the adjacent building. The morning staff seemed to be comprised of just one person with little to no English skills, in sweatpants and flip-flops, who would serve you mediocre coffee from a all-in-one machine while also getting one for themselves, run the noisy dishwasher while other guests had breakfast, handle payments and clean the rooms.
7,9 Good
Pros: I liked the cleanliness, the situation in the middle of the town, the bed is extra comfortable and the breakfast was good. The room was well heated and silent. I was happy with what I got. Degustations of wines free :)
Cons: I saw some advertisement for accomodations in the town which make me think I could find the same kind of room for a much cheaper price. Do they have the same quality, I will never know. The breakfast was awesome the first day but on the second day, the tables weren't set and the pancake pasta was missing. Not a big deal just not the same person who had prepared everything.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everything apart from the woman on charge of breakfast
Cons: Woman in charge of breakfast not helpful or sympathetic...if hotel wants details, ask them to contact
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything. Brilliant large room in the grounds of the winery in the vibrant historic town of Eguisheim. Perfect location, room was a great size and well set up for a longer stay. We could do our own laundry with generous facilities provided. Very Comfortable bed. Facilities all very clean, lovely breakfast and a treasured car park space in the grounds of the building courtyard.
Cons: Perfect stay
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the centre of the town

Pros: The breakfast was excellent! The hosts were lovely and very generous to their guests. Everything was lovely and very well thought out.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: House with style & character; lovely hosts and lot of artwork and design
7,9 Good
Pros: The place is very nice, rooms are spacious and have pretty much what you need. The living rooms as well are a good place to stay and relax. Breakfast was nicely prepared.
Cons: First would be the check-in and check-out policy. To check in after 17 and check out before 11 is not nice! I,be been traveling all night and I got to the propriety at 10 o’clock. I didn’t checked the check in hours because it didn’t cross my mind that could be that late. I couldn’t get in, I was only allowed to park my car inside the facility. I was expecting more hospitality considering that the accommodation was in a home context. I had to rest in the car and ask like a Holmes to be allowed to use the restroom. Later on at 15 o clock I had a business meeting and I needed to change my clothes. I had to ask for that also to get in the restroom to change. When you have a guest in such a context I don’t think is too much to offer a bottle of water. The policy doesn’t allow the free cancelation so I was stuck in the car for several hours because otherwise I would have canceled the stay there and go for a hotel. The house is on a road that is going up the hill and does not have any place to park. The house is not very well signaled and it’s a little confusing. Everything is closed, they could leave at least the gate open to have access with the car there. For me it was a little bit chilly in the room and I had no opportunity to heat the room. For the breakfast I would personally prefer to have what is available at hand. There were things like ham and cheese brought to the table only on request. Not everyone eat jam and cache at breakfast, so it would be good to have the opportunity to pick what you want or at least to know what is available. There are small things that can make this experience more pleasant.
7,9 Good
Pros: Beautiful house, very clean throughout and comfortable bedding. Comfortable robe and bottle of water provided. Charming and helpful lady owning the place + adooorable little dog.
Cons: Unfortunately although planned for, no WiFi yet for the rooms located on second floor (N.B. family suites on first floor are covered nevertheless). No kettle available for hot drinks in the afternoon/evening. Quality of toiletries could be better. My room was too small to really feel at ease.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast, wonderfull garden
Cons: the road with the cars ...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Residential zone. Very nice villa with impressive garden. A ten minutes walk to city centre. Hosts are magnificent as is the breakfast.
Cons: Rooms are quite small and can’t be fully darkened. Ventilation could be better.

Pros: Everything
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful French House. We were felt very welcome and the breakfast was amazing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the personal touch of our hosts, and the home made breakfast sweets.
Cons: If I have to find something it would be the fact that it was muggy outside, hence a bit warmer I’m used to inside (no AC). We opened the window and were fine for one night

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed very welcoming helpful staff good selection for breakfast
Cons: The shower was over the bath which wasn’t a problem except the bracket was too low to stand under and there wasn’t a screen or curtain so wasn’t really usable. The staff did inform us that they were going to upgrade the bathrooms in the near future
10,0 Excellent
Pros: View, clean and quiet area, comfortable, receptionist was really nice
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is very picturesque, right next to the vineyards. You can walk out of the hotel and go across the fields, or bike to Colmar through the village roads and be there in just 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful in resolving the questions that we had, and when we forgot our kid's bedtime book after checking out, they immediately called us, which allowed us to turn around and pick it up before we drove too far away (much appreciated!).
Cons: We found the breakfast to be lacking in choice and a bit chaotic in terms of how it's served. For a vegetarian person, there wasn't much to enjoy, and if you try to keep your kids off sugar, then again the choices were extremely limited. We left some feedback about this at the hotel and they were very receptive, so I think the breakfast will improve pretty soon!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Location is an easy walk to central Eguisheim. Rooms were pleasant. Breakfast was above average. (Extra charge for optional dine-in breakfast). The sunroom in which breakfast is served is quite nice. The property is verdant, with surrounding vineyards. The ground floor rooms have French doors out onto semi-private patios. Picnic tables on the back lawns for anyone.
Cons: Because this is a small (family run?) hotel, check-in time is pretty limited (4-7 or 4-9 I think). We knew this, but public transit from Colmar to Eguisheim is infrequent, so our choices were to get into town 3 hours before check-in or around 6pm. We chose the former as we didn’t feel like lugging our bags around Colmar either. We rang the bell, and someone helpfully let us store our luggage there until checkin so we could get lunch and wander the town. But we felt bad since we were interrupting their housekeeping/back-room-tasks/lunch break time.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location just outside of the village, amidst the vineyards was perfect. It was easy to park and only a very short walk to a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent! I also enjoyed the pool.
Cons: A fixed shower head over the bath, with screen or curtain, would have prevented us from flooding the floor!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location close to grape field is comfortable. Staff is very kind.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position and good little swimming pool. Good breakfast.
Cons: WiFi not available in room. Staff helpful but not friendly. Couldn’t check in until 16.00.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The ratio quality/price is more than okay. I have stayed for one night and it was a last-minute booking.
Cons: The breakfast does offer the minimum (coffee, chocolate, croissants/breads, fruits, ham, etc...) but having no eggs is definitely a point of improvement according to me.

7,9 Good
Cons: Bathroom needs to be updated
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Well located with parking. Excellent welcome and customer service throughout our stay. Room clean and comfortable.
Cons: We were in a room with a connecting door to the next room. These are the only two rooms in the hotel like this and when we booked it was the last room left. Despite having two doors between the rooms, the Sound proofing wasn‘t great. We will happily stay again but just would‘n‘t choose this room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good big breakfast and nice location.
7,5 Good
Pros: Perfect location to walk to the old portion of town, which is quaint and beautiful.
Cons: Very small bathroom. Hardly enough room to turn around in. Shower was inside the tub which had very high sides. Difficult and dangerous getting in and out.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good location; nice size room. This is an older property which has been nicely refurbished.
Cons: The hotel is at a corner; this is an older city. The sidewalk was very minimal when walking out of the hotel. And, the AC was an open window ( it the hotel provided a fan).

Pros: Great place in a great location. Breakfast was good.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Breakfast.
Cons: Bare minimum of supplies in bathroom. No tissues. Hangers in wardrobe did not include any on which men’s pants could be hung.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good French breakfast with the facility to individually boil an egg. The location was close enough to the village centre to be walkable and convenient from the main access road. Car parking was a modest 4€ per day at the back of the Hotel. A lift would have been helpful but installation may be impractical in an old building, which had also been tastefully updated. The bedrooms also had tea and coffee making facilities and free bottled water.
Cons: Nothing. It was as near perfection for such an Hotel.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location is good, parking very convenient.
Cons: Location is good for visiting the town, but as the hotel is central there was early morning noise. As the room didn’t have air conditioning, the window was open and so were woken early.

Pros: We loved the location, the management and staff were very friendly and hospitable and the restaurant food was excellent (it was so good and generous that we ate there both nights).
Cons: After such excellent restaurant meals we were disappointed in the basic continental breakfasts provided.

Pros: Lovely 17th century building right in the center of Eguisheim. Room (#2) was big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and we felt very welcome.
Cons: Parking has to be a short walk (5-7 minutes) away, but this is general for most hotels in Eguisheim. No air conditioning - however there was a fan.

Cons: It is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. You pay the price for the location, not for what you get.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast extraordinary. Location excellent. Room large and comfortable. Quiet area although very close to shopping hub. Secure garage underground connected directly to hotel.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Front staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent central location in delightful town. We will return to Mulhouse sometime soon. Sadly, it will not be this establishment.
Cons: The room was the grubbiest I have ever had the misfortune to endure. The carpet was filthy and stained. We booked the most expensive quadruple room and expected it to be like the website photo, with a large window providing wonderful views over the city. We were given a filthy room with a tiny high window less than 1 square meter in area, from that, only nearby rooftops were visible (if you had something to stand on). It would seem their vacuum cleaners are not quite fit for purpose, as the same crumbs were in the same places when left as were there when we arrived. The hotel promises free bottled water for their guests, in our instance this was only forthcoming when requested after our second night. The same applies for refreshments etc., that are promised. On our second day we left the room at 10am, taking care to ensure the "Please make up my room" card was correctly hung on the door handle. Needless to say, on our return at 16.30, it was untouched! We had to amuse ourselves elsewhere until this could be achieved. The hot water was scalding for most of the day, however if you wished to a warm bath or shower before 10am you would be left wanting. All this is such a shame, because it has so much going for it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was best experience these week

7,5 Good
Pros: Warm welcome, hospitable and helpful staff. The entrance lobby and breakfast room. Oh, and the breakfast which was first class
Cons: The rooms are next for refurbishment, although they're not currently that bad (especially when you take into account the value), they just look shabby against the refurbished parts of the hotel

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was great in the restaurant. Room were comfy. Set in a picturesque little village.
Cons: The hotel toilet was so bad I couldn’t even walk 5 steps down towards them the smell was really bad , the worse thing was that they are near the restaurant so if your close to them you are able to smell it. No kettle which would have been nice.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nice location, good restaurant and excellent the possibility to park the car in the private parking.
Cons: The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Some days we have even found towels already used by someone other.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: In the village. Good free parking. Breakfast with meats, eggs, cheese, pastries, cakes, yogurt, custom coffees, juices. Elevator. 2 Patios: on street with drink menu, in rear for picnics. Least expensive room in Alsace with High customer rating. In cutest village.
Cons: The usual 110sf European room.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Easy access after hours. Reasonable breakfast. Nice towels. Clean room. Value for money.
Cons: Didn't like the €100 room deposit for potential damages to find when we get to our room stuff was damaged! Shower was not working properly. Couldn't find out how to turn off aircon.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Check in at night could’ve been explained clearer
7,1 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff. Very polite and helpful. Thank you all for the warm welcome! Breakfast was ok but could easily be improved by offering higher quality products and refilling the breakfast buffet regularly during the morning when products run out.
Cons: Uncomfortably small double bed. Pictures on booking.com look a lot nicer that in reality. Suggestion: repair the neon letters outside the hotel. Broke neon letters don't give a very good impression to the hotel.
6,7 Good
Pros: Convenient location for a stop while traveling Enough parking space Easy access
Cons: Works in progress Strange vapours in the hallway (people smoking)
7,9 Good
Pros: good breakfast nice clean room, plenty of parking.
Cons: 26 degrees out side, muggy and hit inside but hotel staff WOULD NOT TURN ON AIRCON IN OUR ROOM,WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS TO COLD OUTSIDE TO PUT IT ON!!. when I booked the hotel aircon was one of the reasons for the choice , on the booking page it dos not state that use of aircon at the hotels discretion? I feel that this should be stated on booking site, plus the hotel is next door to rundown hotel what looks as if its for the local unemployed, or for poor immigrant accommodation .

7,5 Good
Pros: The room was clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom was immaculate. Our stay (sleep) was very quiet- no outside noise from the hallway. The breakfast was very good though it was not included in the cost of the room.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The rooms were clean, beds were fine. Kettle in room. Sauna and steam room and pool were good - Once they got them working. The location was good for travelling-on.
Cons: The Wi-Fi did not work. The restaurant was closed on the night we were there with no advance notice for a function. Apart from one female, the staff were abrupt. The hotel was in a commercial estate, windy and barren and the room looked onto a wall of another block. Without driving at least 2K we had to sue the nearby Pizza house for a meal. No option! There was a dog barking on our floor and the public areas were scruffy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All staff, particularly reception very helpful and friendly. Excellent on site restaurant. Very comfortable stay. Brilliant automobile exhibition well worth visiting in Mulhouse.
Cons: Hotel great but quite a walk into town Centre.
5,8 Okay
Pros: the loacalization
Cons: This is the second time I have not felt politely served at the reception. At first the waitress could not find the reservation and they had doubts about my statement about the made reservation At breakfast the focus of the staff was more on the room number fixed than on the actual customer needs. Dirty plates stacked where you can expect actually clean, and rotten fruit with fruit flies and mold in the fruit basket.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The room was spacious
Cons: The room could have been more up to date and the bed was uncomfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Close enough to city centre. Plenty of food outlets nearby. Easy access to major routes. Underground car park is not cheap but is excellent idea!
Cons: Everything was great
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice hotel to stay at, we arrived by bicycle and the staff could not have been more helpful and there was secure parking which allowed us to leave the bikes overnight. Nice facilities, friendly staff a good hotel for overnighting.
Cons: Firstly, I don't believe this point reflects on the hotel as I believe the restaurant although in the same building is separate. However, there is a gastronomic restaurant on the second floor, which really did not live up to the title. The cooking was very ordinary, the prices excessive and when ordering sauce with a steak both my wife and I were surprised when a very small amount was delivered in a side dish. The following night we went to the Hippopotamus restaurant next door and had a far better dinner for half the price.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent as usual. Room clean, comfortable
Cons: Room smelt of cigarette smoke and as we are non smokers this was noticeable
7,5 Good
Pros: Had the pool almost to ourselves. Room was clean and the shower was very strong.
Cons: The pool has no windows so it's like swimming in a cave, and the sauna and hammam were not working. Breakfast was very disappointing, hot and cold buffet with watery scrambled eggs, broiled bacon, and canned sausages - nothing freshly cooked. The cold platter was better but limited.

Cons: Mulhouse
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet. Perfectly functional.
Cons: I love Ibis because you know what you will get: good, clean rooms, and value for money. This Ibis is a bit tired. The room stank of cigarette smoke. The shower was not perfectly clean.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was a very nice hotel close to city center and train station; 10 minutes of walk for each. Especially the staff was amazing. They were very helpful starting from check-in. The amazing memory is; I lost my IPad on the street close to the hotel, someone found it and brought to reception. Stephanie and Anais, the ladies in the hotel spent lots of effort to send it to me and they did it ! Thank you for everything.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was excellent
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has everything you need. It’s basic in setup, but that is what IBIS hotels are known for as the price is a budget price as well. We had two clean rooms, they are small and layout efficiently. We did go for their breakfast and had to pay around 10 euros per person for a good intercontinental breakfast. For us this was OK.
Cons: The hotel is showing some age however it was clean and all was working well.

Pros: I
Cons: The room was old
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This was a pleasant surprise. we wanted to stay in Mulhouse on our way back from Italy to visit the Schlumf collection or Cite de Automobile. It seemed strange staying at a tennis club but it was great! The room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The staff were friendly and patient with our poor French. Although its a bit out of town we were able to get the tram into Mulhouse centre easily. Breakfast was the usual buffet affair with a good choice. I got the impression it was a well run friendly local club....superb!
Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Friendly staff. We ate in both nights and the food was good. Very popular with locals too. The room was fine. I had to request a hairdryer as it didn't come automatically and there was not one available so I had to wait, but it was fine.
Cons: It's not in an ideal location, so you have to drive to get anywhere, but we came for the train and the motor museums so we expected this.

Pros: Clean room
Cons: The service in the restaurant! arrogant answer when I asked her how it worked when I had half board. She answered me in french it work here with a menu. So i choose alla carte. Knowing half board is not alla carte !and I tool what i liked. At the end She offered me a Bill, than I answered with a smile but I payed half board !! And that is why I asked how it worked here !!!! So after a talk to the managerI had toen paypal nothing. Just my wine of course. I thought nu myself a good lesson to not answer immediately arrogant and ask your clients some explanation !
7,1 Good
Pros: Good location near the city center. A park with a ”lake” right outside the window. Small room but for one night it’s OK.
Cons: Entrance to the garage is only 1.9 m high so a car with a box on the roof can’t enter. Smoking right in front of the entrance brings the smoke in to your room. Cooling in the room did not work.
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was not too bad.
Cons: Staff was very unfriendly.
7,9 Good
Pros: We've spent a night in a double room. The bathroom was nice, big shower and fluffy towels, and the bed was super comfortable.
Cons: The only negative point is that the bed was way too big for the actual bedroom and we had barely any space for walking around it (and not jumping on it from the bottom) and opening the suitcase.
7,5 Good
Pros: Well, it is an Ibis hotel for those who are traveling and need to stay overnight in Mulhouse. Nothing wrong about it.
Cons: Nothing wrong. All went well.

Pros: The staff - especially the ladies on the Reception Desk - were very helpful and spoke good English. Overall the hotel was smart and comfortable - to a standard above that expected. The bed and the shower were especially good. The breakfast was very good too.
Cons: The (evening) meals were rather small, and not all items on the menu were available. I was surprised the barman did not know what (pression) beer he was serving.

Pros: Location, staff and secure parking
Cons: Nothing negative

Cons: n/a
6,3 Good
Pros: The room and en-suite were clean and comfortable. Very close to the centre of Mulhouse and local transport links.
Cons: The breakfast was not worth €7.50, for coffee and pastry. The bathroom had a shower, but no way of hooking the shower head up and no shower curtain, so we just had to manage. The man who runs the place really doesn’t have a clue, when we checked in he told us to pay tomorrow and when I did he didn’t charge us enough, only for 1 night (we were staying for 2), he’d got us mixed up with someone else.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location was awesome, short walk to the city. Was great to have parking on site since we stayed 2 days and didn't need our car at all so was nice to have it parked for free at the hotel.
Cons: Our bed sheets had holes on them. Shower water pressure was very bad and it was leaking. also shower had some marks of mold. Was hoping to have hairdryer and mini fridge in the room, would have been helpful.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very close to the old city center and tons of great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Litteraly in front of the tramway.
