Pros: Wonderful location Friendly staffs
Cons: The music was very loud at night The bed is not comfortable. It makes sounds when I turn

Pros: The area is particularly well designed and location is prime in the cool district!
Cons: The bathrooms on each floor in each room are bery compact, and the bathroom blocks were too small to fit one person properly. However the bathrooms were spotlessly clean! There is no lift or elevator to carry if you have a lot of luggage, and some beds in the room are way high up and could a discomfort to sleep on (especially if you are drunk :P)

It’s located and a vibrant neighbourhood with a lot of bars and restaurants. Staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent showers.
Cons: No elevator - it didn’t bother me personally but if you’re a small person with a big suitcase you have to carry everything up the stairs.

Pros: Everything about the hotel was perfect, the room was small but very convenient and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed. Also the breakfast was very rich. The location was great as I could walk from and to the main train station with my luggage very easily. There were very nice restaurants around the neighbourhood, all at a walking distance.

Pros: The design of the whole hotel and the room as well. Would suggest to act as a smoker and go check out the room terace meant for smoking. It was a nice place to enjoy while no-one was smoking. The room was spacious and provided the exact amount of a relaxed environment before an important business meeting.

Pros: Pefect location, very clean, good breakfast (with some vegetables - quite rare)
Cons: My room was quite cold although I had set a radiator at maximum. The radiator's volume is just too low and there's nothing you can do about it. I was there in November. In winter it must be unbearable.

Pros: They likes the creativity of the rooms.
Cons: apparently there was no breakfast available for the 7 bookings, at least, not before 8am. Also bags were initially not enough, has been corrected later. Elevator didn't work, cleanness of some of the room was so so (a.o. sink not clean) and one room had a bed only mattress on wood. another room had a shower which almost floated the room. All of this is feedback from my team. I booked the rooms for them, the people were an international group and truly not very difficult when selecting hotels.

Pros: The hotel has been refurbished several times (there's a history in every room) and the latest refurbishment was to a high quality. There are hints to the original building in the radiators and some steel-framed windows/fire doors, and to more recent refurbishings in the presence of an internet cable on the desk. But these are subtle hints at how well the job was done and the quality of the furniture, because none of it looks aged or worn. The restaurant is excellent for an evening meal. No need to go out if you want high quality north European food.

Cons: Very minor points. 1) the mattress hadn't been turned in a single room, so it sloped towards the inward side 2) typical Dutch bathroom of the late 20th century: platform toilet which, when flushed, induced the smell of the sewer from the shower drain. No wonder the extractor fan was so powerful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious for a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff. Big room. Clean enough. Very good breakfast buffet.
Cons: The double room had two twin beds stuck together instead of a queen or kind size bed. Also the house keeper didn’t replace the used glasses or towels.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Easy place to stay. Walkable from the Station, near all the main cafe streets for breakfast, dinner and beer and right beside a metro that takes you direct to Markethal one way and Delfshaven and Euro Mast the other.
Cons:
7,9 Good
Pros:
Cons: it was very cold, the window was very cold, I switched on the air conditioner, to warm up all night while I slept, I didn't have enough light in the room in the evening, it was just at the edge of the bed and there was still a light lamp above the light-only door. , in 2 days of stay I never had a parking place in front of the hotel or in the underground parking, I parked 2 NIGHTS only on the streets with 4 euros per hour, otherwise everything was ok
8,0 Excellent
Pros: super location, clean and spacy room, very good breakfast
Cons:
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, nice place to stay
Cons: The only thing I don't like is the shower tray. Yes, I know this sounds stupid, BUT, the tray is slightly domed, probably to help the water run to the drainage channels at the side. However, as soon as the shower tray gets a little soapy water on it it turns into a skating rink and you start slipping all over the place. It's almost impossible to stand on one foot to wash the other! . Quite dangerous, I think
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff were superb. I am celiac and then we're so careful with my food.
Cons: The was a constant smell of stale cigarettes in the bathroom of room 5116. It was nauseating.

Pros: Friendly staff, very comfy bed.
Cons: It seemed to be only a continental breakfast - would have been nice to have something warm on cold days. Eventually waitress came round and asked if I wanted eggs - too late! Also I was moved by the hotel before my first night's stay because of incomplete renovations to another quite noisy hotel with a wee room beside the lift. Didn't really sleep. I mentioned this to Breitner staff and they refunded half the cost of the first night - so fair enough.

Pros: the main room and bath room were both generous of size, and it was nice to have an option of a fridge to put your own food/drink there.
Cons: The room was very tired looking and there were holes in the wall. Although the bed was comfy and the linen was clean, the duvet was stained, and the underneath was very unclean, and pillows were very old. The seats in the seating area were very old and are in need of tlc. The lights were not all working and there was no hairdryer, or stereo speakers as stated in the room manual. There was only one cup available for a drink for both of us, and no cutlery or china to eat anything with, particularly with the food and soup that was kindly provided as a gesture from yourselves. The wifi was also not working with the password that was given in the manual, the cable plug in was stated to be of use, but it was no where to be found.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the location was good.
Cons: Three threadbare towels of different sizes. Coffee machine but no pods or cups. Not a great idea if you have luggage - you have to drag it up three flights of stairs. It’s a shame they don’t invest a little extra money to buy new towels and leave a couple of coffee pods and cups because then they could have something really pleasant.
