Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lake views, and convenient location. Many enjoyed the breakfast variety and appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several reviews noted that the property and facilities are dated and in need of maintenance, with issues such as faulty plugs, creaking floorboards, and worn decor. Some guests experienced problems with hot water, room temperature control, and pool or spa facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment is positive, especially regarding service, location, and value for money.AI-generated from customer reviews
