Very nice service employees, large clean rooms and affordable laundry service.
The restaurant is terrible. After we waited for over an hour for our breakfast (and still didn't get any), our day was pretty much spoilt.

The hotel itself is very clean and classy. The fittings are very modern. The bed was fantastic. Free tea and coffee and friendly staff complete the list.
Our particular room was very oddly designed with extremely cramped bathroom and a sink which was the size of my palm. The Air conditioner was located at an odd place right outside the corridor. However, our friends got a fantastic room with lots of space. So I suppose, it's just your luck !! If the hotel is reading this, please re-design that particular room..( I dont remember the room number !) . Although we did not attempt, I presume that it is difficult to get to the hotel using public transport..but then taxis are cheap and plenty in Rostov, so no problem

The British-themed decor was charming and a welcome respite. We stayed in the Big Ben room. They helped us arrange a day trip via taxis.
Though not centrally located, it was convenient to a bus stop.
