The room was clean and very spacious. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Staff was extremely friendly. Good size room and good location. The location is great. Modern looking always had clean towels when I needed it friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms and exceptional service. Karla was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The person checking us in was swift and cordial. I like the setup of the rooms with the desk area and the sofa area. It creates some privacy if needed. Bed was very relaxing and comfortable. And, the shower water temperature was good. Afordable price and Friendly staff. The room was spacious. The staff was very nice. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Our flight into Detroit was delayed several hours. The hotel allowed us late check in so that we had a room ready when we arrived. The hotel even offered the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night! Rooms are clean, comfortable & spacious. Breakfast is wonderful! Location is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay before we left for vacation & again when we arrived home. rooms were large. Maid service was very poor. No Bk & Pool not open. There was no breakfast. The telephones were off the hook and so could not call for a shuttle for over an hour. Finally we talked the Sheraton into transporting us. Upon arrival the hotel desk clerks didn't even realize that the phones were still off the hook. Room furniture dirty. I already paid by booking.com 2 months ago and the hotel charge me again when i stay there. Someone kept calling me. The room smelled, their was mole in the shower, other people hair in wash bowl, I had to empty my own trash, their no soap to wash my hands, their was teenagers playing in and out the hotel, my linen look dirty and I had to clean my own room while I was there for a week. Waited to check him for over 15 minutes as there was no front desk person. No apology when she showed up late. Rather unfriendly. Jamie shower had mold in it. Halls stained. Housekeeping's son or daughter running amuck in the hallway, full scream. Yay. And they were skimpy on shampoo and conditioner, oddly. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was very small and cold. Our kids were very disappointed. The bathroom door didn’t lock. Having to come to the front desk for every request, pool area being open but not functioning properly and lack of towels in area. Also housekeeping assumed I checked out and had my room door propped open with personal belongings still inside closet area. Tiny sink in bathroom. Very small and cold pool. Lack of restaurants staying open past 8pm for a late night drink. The room was small and the hotel was very dirty. And the people had nasty attitudes so I never stayed. The sofa was stained by previous guests. The breakfast with what looked like faux eggs and steamed sausage looked awful. There were bagels but no cream cheese. Yuk. Breakfast matters! The bed exposure when entering the room. Prefer a bedroom that's not seen when entering the hotel room. Pool was really cold. The room smelled bad when we got there. I was able to open the window but the smell was still in there. The room across the hall had a party with loud music and screaming all night. I was not able to rest for the next day which I had to drive for 10 hrs. The staff did nothing about it. EVERYTHING. The breakfast is too simple. Hair all over yin the pool, hot tub, and floors. Was charged twice and never got a refund. Couch in living area was filthy. breakfast choices were very limited and they weren’t cooked. entire building has a hot water issue, it’s Luke warm not hot. showers leak, bar area smelled of sewer. Room had a loud clicking noise that varied but was always there; maybe we were under a laundry or similar. Very annoying. Hair in sinks and dirty mirrors when we checked in. Light on coffee station had no off switch. Had to unplug behind fridge. No restaurant and limited items for breakfast and they seemed to be out of a lot of things. noisy. no good restaurants near by. large groups gathered in lo. y and very loud kids playing hockey in the hallways at 1 am. All the marijuana smoke emitting from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was worst I've ever experienced at any hotel. Lobby reeked of pot. Staff couldn't even bring themselves to crack a smile. I have no idea how those place got any good reviews. Sliding bathroom door is heavy and noisy at night. Fridge was barely cold. Recommend modification to shower door to prevent water overflow onto floor creating a potential slippage and/or falls. No can to clean our room. Parking gets tight. it was clean but not really clean , the toilet seat was small. Breakfast did not start on time. Pool facilities were very crowded at night. Went down the next morning to use the pool and the pool area was trashed from the night before. I was in a room that had a very loud RRRRRRR noise periodically that was disturbing and hard to sleep through. the manager took care of me after but it made for some rough nights sleep.
