Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore major attractions on foot. The staff, especially Gabriele and Sinem, received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Many guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, though there were occasional remarks about cleanliness issues and noise from the street. The value for price was generally considered very good, with several guests highlighting the affordability given the location and amenities. Some reviews noted minor drawbacks such as inconsistent water supply, limited reception hours, and small room sizes, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
