There is way too much light in the rooms and it is hard to close the curtains - so for starters it’s hard to get a good nights sleep (more with all the walking you do in Roma). The staff was very personable and they made sure my friend and I had a fantastic time in Italy. The staff provided great recommendations for “non touristy” restaurants and excursions!
