pleasantly surprised to see for the first time such a high level of staff attitude to their work they are great Well done! the staff from the bar are very friendly they cook very tasty and they really love their guests! this is the best hotel and all my trips!

Very good location, comfortable bed, clean.
Very cold floor, no bathrobe and no slippers in the room, while it’s a 4-star hotel. I called the reception and they brought me a bathrobe.

The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was excellent. The room was also comfortable.
I have been in other hotels from the NH group, and this is the first time when I have not been completely happy with my stay. I had problems comunicating with some of the staff. They have a nametag indicating which languages they speak and, for some of them, it was very difficult to comunicate in english or spanish even if it was indicated that they could speak both languages. It was also problematic that they didn't actually tell you that they were not following, so I thought we were comunicating just fine until they didn't do anything or didn't answer what had been asked. Another thing was that the trash was not taken out one day while we were there. It only happened one day (probably they forgot after doing the other things in the room), but still.

Walls are very thin, hard to sleep at night. Rooms get really hot from the sun!

The location was perfect as it was near the metro which has good access to the main landmarks. There were a few restaurants and take away within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was standard. Not many vegetarian options to put a enjoyable breakfast together. Overall experience was good. Pillows were not comfortable.
Pillows need to be changed as having one was too low and having 2 was too high.
