Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and daily housekeeping, as well as the helpful and friendly staff. Some reviews highlighted comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and snacks. However, a few guests were disappointed by small or poorly maintained rooms, issues with humidity or mold, and occasional communication difficulties at check-in. Despite these negatives, the positive aspects, especially the location and service, stood out in most reviews.
