Head to the Fiumicino Aeroporto train station located at the airport and catch the Leonardo Express train heading towards Roma Termini station. The train goes there non-stop with departures every 15min, and a one-way fare costs 14 € (about $16) per person. Once you arrive at Roma Termini station, you will need to change to the Metro A heading towards Battistini and get off 6 stops later at the Ottaviano metro stop. The hotel will then be less than a 1min walk away.
