Un renovated rooms, wifi doesn't work well and they make you pay for it, we had to change rooms. This hotel needs to be renovated. This is really not a small leading hotel or a 5 stars hotel as marketed
The location is great. The room was comfortable enough. The hotel lounge was cozy.
No wireless connection, despite the hotel staff is persuaded there is one. Ethernet connection + movies overpriced. Multimedia defficiency for a 5 star hotel.
II was upgraded from Junior Suit to a Executive suit which had a nice bedroom and a larger then a corridor made up to a living room. You had to watch the TV from a distance of perhaps 2 meters. There was another room with a table in the middle with 4 chairs nothing else which was useless.very small lifts.
Location, friendliness of staff,
The rooms at the 5Th floor were unproper of a 5 star hotel, the price is over to high
The location is excellent for a good short holiday in Rome. Central.
We did not like the first room were put in: room 379: tacky and filthy carpet and aged cranky bathroom.
