Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major attractions like the Vatican and public transport. However, many reviews reported recurring issues with hot water in the bathrooms, as well as problems with cleanliness and comfort, particularly regarding the beds. Service was often described as lacking, with limited staff presence and poor responsiveness. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciated the self check-in option and found the hotel suitable for short stays or as a base for exploring the city.
