Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Rome's main attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. The breakfast, often served with a view, was frequently described as excellent and varied. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few reviews noted issues with room size, outdated facilities, or maintenance problems.
