I like the location and the hotel was ok the staff was really the amaizing i would really recommend this hotel becouse of the staff really good communication
I didnt like the internet sometimes it kept disconnecting was a poor quality but everything else was ok
Staff was good, friendly, room was good as well, everywhere clean ,breakfast good enough as well.
Just we didn't liked the smell every morning in the corridors ,it's seems like they using some acid for the cleaning rooms, and all corridors is like that smell. When you go shower, you always have to wait few minutes to have hot water. Breakfast area was in the -1 floor ,cold place ,feels damp.
Very good staff
The staff is nice and always smiling, the breakfast was okey, the rooms are super clean and well designed. Generally nice for the price.
The shower has a small space inside the bathroom, and the flush was leaking(room 104), but still the stay was good here.
The elevator was horrible. It took forever to get from floor to floor and we were not allowed to use the stairs!! The doors leading to the stairs were locked between floors. The doors were only to be used for emergency. The toilet tank made a terrible noise each time it was flushed. We were not given water when we arrived, there was none to be found in the fridge and we were charged for water when the water from the tap is not ready for comsuption. We complained and were told only the first day the a bottle of water was free. The room was not cleaned, and it was not kept during our stay. We saw the same little dirt on the floor we had left the night before. The covers and sheets visible from unintended stains were not replaced on a daily basis, we dismantled the bed to get everything replaced. The washroom sink was plugged and other times there was no water pressure. We lost light and water during a short period of time. When the water came back it was salty and stained likely from some old pumping done to get old equipment going. The place smelled old and unkept. The shower was horrible, one can barely fit in and the pipes and fawcets and around sinks and toilet needed cleaning. Some plugings were not working, lights were missing. The managers of the place were too casual about the discomfort we experienced and their excuses were lame. We were also charged $30 per night to park the car and we were not allowed to see where the car was parked - you can imagen why. If we needed the car we needed to notify reception for the to get it. We were mostly rushed out of the breakfast area each day, although we arrive with half hour of closing. Lack of courtesy and education from management and stuff was very obvious. We were charged extra to move to slightly bigger room as we could barely fit on the standard room with twin beds. Rooms were dark and with poor light. The carpets on the hallways were disgusting to say the least.
