Pros (+) A 5 minute walk from the train station. It seems that the room was recently remodeled - everything was new and modern. As all European hotels, the room wasn't very big, but there was a small desk. Very modern and clean bathroom. Free breakfast. Great value!
Cons (-) Fairly bare bones hotel. No concierge service, but if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, safe hotel near the train station, I highly recommend it. Word of caution - the lobby is on the (European) first floor, so you'll have to haul your bags up steps.

Pros (+) The location was well known to us prior to booking and was okay. The hotel is one floor in a building with 3 "hotels" in it, so each floor is considered a different "hotel". The single floor "hotel" was clean. The breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The room was horrendously small , which reminded me rooms in Tokyo so when the suitcase was open the door was blocked. Can work well for single businessmen that need to be close to Termini. not convenient for couples. I would say that after being in this hotel I am not sure any more about the way hotels are getting stars grading in Rome. This is certainly either a fancy 2 star hotel or maximum 3 s...
