Gorgeous views from restaurant & rooftop bar. Excellent location. Couple blocks from Vatican & walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps & river. Beautiful suite. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Good location, convenient for the tourist attractions
It does not deserve 4 stars. The quality of service was at the 2-3 star level. The breakfast was poor. It could be better at that price.
the room was very large and comfortable and the staff was quite nice to help us.
The hotel restaurant on the top floor has a magnificient view of St.Peters
the staff, the location, the included breakfast, and the style
ongoing renovations were somewhat intrusive; one night they used a solvent on the stone floor in the lobby which filled the whole hotel with noxious fumes. Also the roof garden which was one of our most desired features was closed for reno., which fact wasn't mentined on any website or at all until we arrived.
Staff were curteous
The rooms are much smaller compared to what is shown on the website
Staff demeanour/attitude, complimentary shuttle was not available from the airport and their was a charge to the airport, rooms very small and dissappointing This was not a four star quality hotel
The excellent restaurant
The closed roof garden
The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good if you want to tour around town and see all the big sites. We walked mass on Sunday morning.(St.Peters) The cleaning of our rooms was nice, they put new linens on the bed even new blankets. That was nice!
The room was not anything like the picture. It was under construction. Everything was worn out. Noisey from construction in the hotel. Construction dust everywhere, our room key only worked half the time. We had to mess with for 5 minutes to get the door to open.
The view on St. Peter's cathedral.
The hotel has a 4 star rating, but it feels more like 3 stars. A double room contains 1 bed no larger than 160 cm (but it could be only 140!) for two people. Diluted orange juice and lukewarm water for tea and mini- sized rolls at breakfast. Tv that only works when you pay for it. The garage is around the corner from the hotel and cannot be accessed freely. This means that your car can be fetched or parked between 7 am and 11 pm at the rate of 40 € per day!!!
