Pros: The room was very beautiful, very good staff thanks
4,6 Okay
Pros: The rooms are a great size, which was always the selling feature.
Cons: I have stayed here a few times in the past and was always pleased with it. However this hotel is showing wear quite strongly. The room had crayon or marker or something all over the wall, the sheets were dirty and the shower had a huge section of mildew/mold. The taps in the shower were coated in soap scum and it appeared nothing had been cleaned more than a wipe down. Most of the surfaces in the room could use a good scrubbing/cleaning. On top of that, in the past breakfast has always been included in the room rate (relatively high rate to begin with). This year apparently it didn't - I thought it had said it was in my confirmation, however apparently not. The woman at the hotel said it was a relatively new change... The staff at the front desk when we checked in were quite unfriendly, and it just seemed like we were bothering her. This is an annual trip for our family and we will not be returning
9,0 Excellent
Cons: They need to replace satellite companies TV blurs out goes off comes on very frustrating
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent suite
Cons: The hide a bed couch wasn't the most comfortable

Cons: Was not very clean. Hair ALL over on the bathroom floor and on top of toilet tank. Not sure if someone gave themselves a haircut in there or if a dog stayed over before.

Cons: Dirty dishes next to our door housekeeping must not have taken from previous guest. Couch was very sunken and had stains. Found dark hair in bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, very clean. Delicious breakfast, enjoyed the bar and grill downstairs. Excellent staff!
Cons: Pool was small
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location convenient for us. Previously stayed here and staff very nice and helpful. Room spacious and bed comfortable.
Cons: Check-in staff were complaining about supervisor in front of us when they checked us in. Tried to charge me again for room even tho I paid on line. A/C in room wasn't working right - room kept getting warmer (set at 70 but up to 75 by the time we checked out and only 52 outside). Room service dirty dishes in hallway in front of room when we checked in (3pm). Still there at 10pm when we returned from outing. Room receipt only partially under door in morning so could have been taken by anyone. A set back from previous time we stayed here.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable and quiet. Wasn’t sure about being on the first floor but no problem Bed and pillows were great.
Cons: I don’t like the vessel sink because I am short and it is hard to lean over. The faucet is so close to the back edge that when you put your hands under it the water runs over the back onto the counter. Also,we have stayed here many times before and enjoyed a free breakfast. Was very disappointed when we had to pay. Didn’t read anywhere that it had been discontinued. Will make me think about staying here again next year even though it is convenient for my purpose
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room size
Cons: Location isn't the best
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming, nice staff. Modern and bright
Cons: Fan in bathroom wouldn’t work. Steamy while showering
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Sofa that goes down in middle. Tv that kept losing signal and other tv that the sound was a problem. Low wattage light bulbs so you couldn’t see to apply make up or see other detail. Sloppy straightening of the bed that they tucked in the dust ruffle. Great variance of housekeepers.

Cons: The bed was way too hard for my taste. I prefer a softer bed. Other people would probably think it is just fine. This is petty maybe, but I didn't like how music was pumped everywhere ...in the Pool room, breakfast area and outside. Hated that a lot.

Pros: The breakfast was outstanding. The service was awesome.
Cons: The room was extremely small for four guests. The bathroom was horribly small. The phone did not work and the tv would not come on. We found it the remote needed batteries and the socket had to be changed. We worked it out tho.

Cons: The room smelled like Old cigarettes . The carpet was very dirty looking . There was old remnants of food left in the sink . The shower surround had what looked like mucus on it by the shower head very gross! I was very disappointed with what they called breakfast. I don’t consider a granola bars breakfast.

Pros: Large rooms with fridge. Beds were comfy.
Cons: The room had a strong musty smell. Many areas of stains on the carpet and some peeling paint. The second night we stayed we left for the afternoon. We left the fan on constant high to help clean the smell out the room. When we returned about 9p are room stunk of cigarette smoke and the fan had been shut off. We called the front desk and the front desk staff person was rude and far from pleasant. It was as if someone had been in our room. We expected some consideration from the front staff and we said I guess we will write this in our review and her response was oh well. We had 6 more upcoming weekends in the cities but we will not stay here again. Very disappointing.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Meet and greet AC is very loud and old Furniture is old No facilities The picture in the add is misleading and not the hotel building. It’s the signboard with a different building in the back Old towels Could not get a receipt when I checked out because printer and copier was not working

Pros: Hair in the sink, overwhelmed with smell of air freshener to cover up something.
5,8 Okay
Pros: It’s proximity to i-94 and to area restaurants and to other entertainment/services is exceptional.
Cons: Old, worn, dingy, stained, mold spots on shower wall, damaged, musty. Thankfully, it was for only one night. It definitely wasn’t worth the $100+ I spent to stay there. I’ve stayed at cheaper national chains for less with much better rooms.

Pros: What I especially like is that I made it through the night and I’m able to make an entry and complaint on this format.
Cons: I didn’t like the rifff raff shady characters wondering about. Even the local police department is aware of it I was glad to see their occasional presence through the parking lot. The entry carpet was filthy. They put a few gallons of paint on the outside and slap on some new blue lights and call it a makeover. I did smell bleach in the room so I’m glad I feel like they cleaned the room it’s just the traffic and activity of drugs that are apparent here. I want a refund from booking or I will never use your service again

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing besides the convenience of the room being available.
Cons: The cat urine smell of the enclosed hallway, being on the 1st floor and the window didn't lock , at the price I had to pay was horrible, didn't even provide breakfast in the morning like most hotels do. The door to the room didn't close properly or it would get stuck closed. When we arrived the door was ajar.

Pros: The AC worked. Employee at front desk was pleasant.
Cons: Did not get the room quoted upon booking so of course ended up paying more to get said room. Dirty. Noisy. Drug deals in hallway & parking lot and smell of marijuana as soon as you entered the building to go to room. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Went down for breakfast at 8:30 am. Had the following options: Orange, two types of cold cereal, oatmeal, juices & milk, wheat bread & coffee/tea. Oranges had white mold, creamer was sour, bread was dry in server. Room smelled of pancakes or waffles but none were seen. I should mention that we knew that fruit loops were served at this location by the cereal IN THE BED. Employee at front desk was pleasant but it stopped there. Anyone else we made contact with was rude. A guest should not be made to feel wrong for asking a cleaning employee two doors down the hallway for help as the lights weren't working upon entering.
