Cons: Canceled online and called location because we accidentally booked in the wrong city online and they still charged my account for the room. And the staff that I spoke with this morning to try and fix it was NOT helpful at all and would not help me figure out what went wrong and still charged me for a room in a city I was NOT even in!!

Pros: It is well maintained with modern amenities. I loved the little exercise room and pool area. Tasty complimentary breakfast with excellent coffee. The Hampton Inn is the ONLY hotel where I actually use the linens and pillows because I trust that they're clean and the pillows are soft like my down pillows at home.
Cons: I can't think of a thing!

Cons: I specifically picked this hotel because of location and the availability of adjoining rooms for the night we were staying. I requested adjoining rooms when I booked and made sure it was noted on my confirmation. We travelled 4 hours to have a birthday party for my daughter and her friends. The girls were supposed to have their “own” room (but adjoining for our peace of mind). When we checked in the receptionist indicated our two rooms were on entirely different floors. When I asked about changing the arrangement she said there were no adjoining rooms available and the entire hotel was full. So much for the birthday party I had promised my daughter. What a disappointment! I will not pick this hotel again.
6,0 Good
Pros: The Staff and the Location was very nice.
Cons: I had to have my entire bed redone with clean linen. I also had to have all of the bathroom towels replaced because the one's there were dingy. I also had to help the hotel employee nake the bed.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was done in another room due to renovations of the breakfast room. Not really wel organised.

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic! Made-to-order omelets were wonderful, and so many other choices. Lots of choices in food items. The rooms were very spacious with lots of counter space.
Cons: Offering green tea packets, and adding some more seating in the breakfast area as it was quite crowded. The pool was a bit cold.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large area in lobby for guests to gather.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Obviously the embassy suite breakfast with made to order omelettes are the highlight of the visit. The rooms look brand new with updated furniture and fixtures. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: One of my towels smelled bad, but they gave me a new one. Not sure if it was just folded while wet. Also, when we were checking in, they got a little annoyed about us asking for adjacent rooms even though we called ahead about it. They accomodated though
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing! The pillows in all Hilton hotels are incredible! All of the staff was amazing and friendly. My daughter and I loved the complimentary happy hour and how family friendly it was!
Cons: My only complaint is the size of the pool and hot tub. Both are way too small considering how large the hotel is. The pool area was so packed it was hard to even swim.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: set up and comfort. fantastic staff all around
Cons: not at all
7,0 Good
Pros: Very nice room size
Cons: The hotel staff are very rude spoke with the district manager to resolve a matter and they were very disrespectful and hung up on me
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the seventh floor was wonderful, we were able to see the Minneapolis skyline and the Earle Brown Heritage Center. The trees were just starting to turn and it was simply beautiful. The sound proofing was incredible. There were 200 hockey students staying the same weekend we were there, with some in the room next to us and we did not hear a peep from them when in our rooms. Could sometimes hear them when in the hallway, which didn't bother us at all, after all, they are kids. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh food, which could not have been easy as the hotel was booked, on top of those 200 hockey students. Overall a great experience and we think we have found our "home" away from home when we go to Minneapolis to visit family.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free Cocktail hour, free breakfast with made to order omelettes, nice employees and clean room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly. Check-in was simple. Thank God for the shuttle and the drivers! The 5:30 to 7:30 complimentary drinks were great. The food was great and breakfast was the best selection I've ever had. My son loved the pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this propertry a year or so ago for my sons wedding. This weekend was another event, the christening of his son at nearby St. Anthony Village. We really appreciated the space, the managers reception, but especially the great breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I recently stayed here during the 2016 U.S. National Figure Skating Championships which took place in St. Paul. This hotel is really nice, tucked neatly right off of I-94. Was easy to find and is in a quiet buisness park just outside the Minneapolis Metro area. Check in was seamless (I used e-check in) and they had everything ready to go. Really nice staff at check in. The rooms are very nice. Modern decor and very clean. I stayed on the south facing side (718) which meant no noise from the Interstate. My room was the two room suite but is really more like 4 rooms with a sleeping area, common area with sofa, kitchenette/mini-bar, and bathroom. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The bed was heaven. Having the microwave and mini-fridge came in handy. The bathroom very spacious...plenty of towels. Lots of closet space and the floor was really quiet...never heard a peep. The breakfast was delicious as well. Ate there most mornings. Made to order omlettes and everything else. Attending an event in St. Paul I had been concerned I was staying a bit far away but the travel time to St. Paul was only about 15-20 minutes...super fast. Just get on I-94 till you get there. The hotel is really only about 7-10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Very accessible. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The price was perfect as well. Really upscale stay without breaking the budget. All staff always with a smile and very friendly. Stay here!
Cons: Nothing!
1,0 Poor
Pros: Room
Cons: There was a big argument which almost led to a fight. My kids where afraid to continue swimming.

Room included a recliner like chair. Water park was relaxing and not over crowded. Thrilling water slides.
Cons: The elevators were slow. Stairs did not connect to interior ground floor. For some reason my keycard could not open the exercise room. Really not much to dislike.

Pros: Clean
Cons: The first night we were there the Lifeguard won't let us go on even the little slides in the little pool so that was a little disappointing we went there with the kids for the water
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff we very friendly
Cons: Closed the pool early, our room was freezing when we arrived & noisy guests! Kind of disappointing for the money!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was great but the room to eat in was full and I had to wait for a place to sit. I also was not given the breakfast coupons when I checked in and had to go to the front desk to get them before eating. The people were friendly and mostly helpful but did not all know what they were doing. the waterpark was a good draw.
Cons: We had a total of 5 rooms. One was a "Suite" which had 2 adults and 2 kids. No pillows or blankets were included for the kids sofa/bed. The first thing, one of the adults used the toilet and it would not flush. A man was sent to repair it promptly though. The carpeting was worn and stained in both rooms I saw. My bath shower had not been recently cleaned and in one corner there was a mold build up. The Kuerig Coffee machine in my room did not work right. After several tries all I got was a half cup of muddy coffee grounds. I really wondered how clean the whole hotel (and waterpark) was.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
7,0 Good
Pros: The theme and appearance of the waterpark was very unique and fun to look at and take pictures.
Cons: NO WHERE on the website did it say kids were NOT ABLE to wear their lifejacket on the waterslide. My 7yr was CRUSHED he wasn't able to go down because he was in fear he would go under the water at the end. These are VERY big, fast slides.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, & spacious. Very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom.
Cons: While the waterpark & pool area was beautiful it closed at 10 pm sharp, even on a Friday night. The woman the checked us in had troubles issuing us room keys- it took 7 keys for us to get 1 that worked.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The location was good there is a lot of restaurants and things around the hotel
Cons: The staff were not the nicest. We didn't get any sleep because people were screaming and running in the halls until after 4am. We couldn't have fun and just swim in the pool because of inappropriate drunk people. Not to mention popcorn all over. The hotel was a disaster. The room was very expensive and we weren't even a me to relax, sleep, and then come breakfast every thing was gone and the lady serving got very snippy when asked if she could refill things. So we ended up not eating
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Water park was nice. The front desk lady was wonderful
Cons: Was very noisy at night

Cons: The bed was way too hard for my taste. I prefer a softer bed. Other people would probably think it is just fine. This is petty maybe, but I didn't like how music was pumped everywhere ...in the Pool room, breakfast area and outside. Hated that a lot.

Pros: The size of the room was perfect. The hotel was relatively quiet until my last night. My room had a great source of light. Ordering Doordash was easy.
Cons: A 18 wheeler parked his truck by my room every night. The walls were kind of then so we could hear our neighbors, including downstairs. Someone had a party my last night there and they were smoking weed and the smell came into my room. Concierge were kind of nonchalant. Staff was rude, wouldn’t speak if you said good morning.

Pros: It was clean and quiet.

1,0 Poor
Pros: This place is located in the city of Maple Grove and close to the highway and gas stations and food and pharmacy shops.
Cons: Everything. The place is super outdated. Not clean and extremely poor customer service. The reservation I made through booking.com was not honored by the hotel. I had to make reservations through extended stay. The staff didn't care. They behave as if you're interrupting their day. My experience was traumatic. I never thought I'd find such a mediocre place in the United States. Let alone rude and unprofessional customer service. The size of the room was okay for what you pay. The bathtub didn't drain. The floors and remote control was sticky. The refrigerator stinks, the hallways stink, the customer service was small but had people hanging out there all the time.

Cons: No
1,0 Poor
Pros: The price ....but like the husband and said you pay for what you get. I just thought a hotel would have standards. I do and I wasn't expecting too much but cleanliness shouldn't have been an option of what I was looking for in a hotel room.
Cons: The room looked like the only thing that was cleaned when the past guest left was the trash liners. The room needed a good deep cleaning. The side of the fridge, range hood, walls, sheets & windows were all dirty. The room had a heavy grease smell that we took along home with us. A rag was hanging from the plumbing under the bathroom sink and who knows how long that has been there. The lamps were bent and it looked like there was no effort put forth to try and make them look semi presentable. Take just a little pride in your establishment and vacuum the hallways; the attention to minor details was very underwhelming. Last but not least the entryway/front desk area had a strong odor of weed everytime we would enter or exit.

Couldn't use any smart functions. We were apparently "accidentally" double charged for the room. The staff easily reversed the charges when confronted. Keys didn't work. Super loud bath fan tied to light switch. Worst accommodation I've ever had, and I budget travel frequently all over the world.
