Pros (+) Stayed at this hotel twice. The first time we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Room was almost ready for us. Had to wait 10 minutes but it was clean. Thought this hotel was so reasonable we decided to come back thru and stay another night.
Cons (-) The second time we stay was not as pleasant. We paid more for this night but understood it wasn't through your booking site. The room was not as clean, no bathtub stopper and no shower curtain. Had to ask the front desk several times to help us operate the TV and microwave. This is why we gave the rating as ok.
