Pros: Absolutely lovely place, lovely staff, gave great tips and suggestions. Cute, little place, enjoyed our stay very very much. Highly recommended.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed in room 15 and loved how the balcony backed up to a running stream that provided a peaceful noise. There’s a small market and a delicious pizzeria within 3 minutes walking. The apartment itself was super new and clean and the housekeeping straightened our room everyday. I’d definitely come back!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Margarita from Sol e Nef was incredibly helpful and friendly, and did everything to make us comfortable. The village Sottoguda is very beautiful, and many hiking tours and other towns can be reached quickly.
Cons: There is just one appartment without a balcony, so make sure to ask in advance if you'd like one.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. I was sick during our stay. They helped us find a doctor, washed clothes etcetera. The room was super nice and clean!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanless, location
Cons: None
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We walked in through the beautiful pine doors into a 'everyday is Christmas' atmosphere. Margarita met us with a smile and a handshake and in very good English (one of her 3 learned languages) began to tell us about the area and it's hidden secrets, shops and eating establishments. We where then shown our apartment, a beautiful, warm pine home that was far more than ok for us to live in for our four night stay. A balcony showing off the mountainous area and an inviting bed with a lovely view in the morning. A big thankyou from us for helping with logistics, truly friendly professional hosts.
Cons: Be ready to drive on long winding roads avoiding buses and motorbikes on switchback bends which lead to Sol e nef from Canazei direction.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. It's nice located hotel in lovely little town. Small heated swimming pool was great for the kids. Kitchen is well equipped.
Cons: Only apartment lighting could be better.
7,5 Good
Pros: Efficient and friendly communication before arrival and on check-in. Indoor parking with direct access to lift. Plenty of storage in the apartment with good quality fixtures and fittings. Comfortable beds. We needed a plug extension board and another kitchen bowl - reception staff provided these instantly when asked
Cons: Wi-fi was slow, kitchen equipment absolutely minimalist - only 4 place settings. The ski route back from the piste was too challenging for me. I attempted it once, then after that just walked home up the road from the bottom of Burz chair.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, with a sauna, steam room and pool to relax in at the end of the day. The kitchen and the whole apartment was very clean and well equipped. Overall, a great place to stay.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful views. Friendly people. Swimming pool/ sauna etc was a great bonus
Cons: Slightly further from piste than imagined. Was difficult in beginning, but got easier when kids were able to ski down to lift
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was the best accommodation we could think about! The apartment was cozy, clean and it offered great comfort. Also the wellness area was great, we enjoyed the sheets and the tea available. The owner was very kind and helpful! We will definitely come again! Thank you!
Cons: More dishes available in the apartment would be appreciated (especially for huge dishwasher in the apartment) but since we were only 2 in the apartment for 4, we didn’t find it as a problem.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location but in the low seasons there was few shops open. Heater was not working well at night.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and nice staff. Perfect location, large indoor garage.
Cons: I can't pay with American Express card, despite the fact that it as advertised on the as payment method. They just are not set to accept this card, so I've run into a lot of trouble. Such wrong advertisement should be fixed. Also WiFi connection requires to type a different names and passwords for each devices and it requires to re-enter it several times a day. That's very frustrating, so we just use cellular internet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The apartament was great. The view outside the window was perfect. The garage was clean and nice. We are especially happy about the residence's worker Ingrid, who went out of her way to help us with out problems and did so with a smile on her face. We are thankful for her help.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and dinner was amazing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This place was better than expected, a Chalet in the middle of nature all renovated by the owner. We were so well welcomed, the owner and the personal are so smiling, patient and available, we had a race the saturday morning and we ask for having a late breakfeast, that was not a problem and we had our breakfeast in the room when we came back, an excellent and so beautiful breakfeast. I recommend 100% this hotel ! Thank you so much, we hope to come back soon
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A little more expensive food, but the best I have tasted during my vacation.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and nice room, friendly staf, very good breakfast. Close to the Marmolada lift.
Cons: It is quite far from the town/city by walk so you need a car if you want to visit shops or another restaurant. The food in restaurant is really delicious but they serve only specials, which are more expensive.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, dinner, beds. Spacious room.
Cons: The sun is blocked by the Marmolada in the (late) afternoon/evening. For hiking use the car to get to starting points (otherwise you go up and down the same not so great road/track, that’s ok if you only do it one time for e.g. Alta Vista Dolomiti 2 or so, but not when you stay for many days). No mini-fridge in the room. They charged us for using their washing machine 3 times (we did it ourselves, using our laundry detergent). We requested it all the times, but never was it mentioned about the costs. Paying more than EUR 1.000,00 after a stay of 6 nights and at that time being surprised by the washing costs is in my opinion not the best example of hospitality. But overall we had a good stay and thank all the staff.

Pros: The property is situated in an old fort with stunning view of the mountain & village, additionally, the rooftop restaurant was amazing. It was one of the best stays in the Dolomites on my week long vacation in the region. Room with balcony has amazing views!
Cons: None that I can say
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Views from the room were amazing. Dinner was good. The older gentleman serving us in the restaurant was really lovely and accommodating of our two friends coming from another hotel to eat with us.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were great. Ice cold beer on arrival with water melon. They couldn’t help enough. Lovely breakfast. 2 mins walk into town.
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff are amazing, from the Romanian chefs who prepared the most amazing food to the waiters who are awesome people and make you feel very welcomed. The Romanian driver who takes you to the slopes in Araba is a great guy! Hotel is very pretty and spa facilities are very good, all in all really good value, I would strongly recommend it!
Cons: Location is a bit off the town, which means that you can't walk anywhere without driving. Parking is annoying as there are too many cars and not enough parking spaces. The hotel manager having dinner at the same time as the guests, even during super busy times when you can see that the staff was stressed and running around like crazy....also they were the first ones to be served during dinner, which seemed quite rubbish.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The dinner was delicious and very big portion. The staff was excellent all around.
Cons: The beds and one room had a very old shower that you have to push again and again to get water.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. People were kind and always helpful. All services (e.g. ski shuttle) were running smoothly. Room was cosy and clean; and food was delicious.
9,6 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant service was excellent, There was a lot of varied food that we could have before dinner, the three-course meal was good quality and the waitresses and waiters were helpful, kind and fast. The hotel's location made it easy for us to take hiking tours in different places. We got nordic walking sticks for hiking at the reception where the staff was helpful as well. The cleaning of the room was excellent.
Cons: The interior of the hotel is a little bit old-fashioned.... the room and the bathroom were not big though we didn't mind it because we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The view from our window was not what we had expected. We could see mountains partially from the balcony... and the top of the swimming pool and stairs. Other rooms had better views.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Yes, I liked the breakfast. The hotel did not have any vegetables for breakfast The dinnermenu was customized for a vegetarian:)
Cons: The hotel was not familiar with vegan food and that was a disappointment for my daughter who is a vegan.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Shuttle bus to ski center. The barist boy is really kind.
Cons: Hotel looks much better on photos than in reality. Bathrooms are at least 25 years old, pool also ( pool and jacuzzi is not warmer than 28 degrees, and have to pay extra fee for use. You can’t use the bedroom towels at the bath, must borrow for extra fee.) Paid for breakfast at the reservetion, breakfast in until 10am, arrived at 9am every morning, there were no clean table, clean tables were laid out for lunch. Room is so noisy, you can hear every neighbours from sides and from up and down (even when they use toilet).
