Pros (+) Loved the view of the mountains and palm trees. The best thing was I could open the window to get real air circulation. Clean grounds, the pool looked inviting but I didn't have time to take a dip. Everything is close by; mall, Starbucks, freeway, and every store you could ever need. Quiet too.
Cons (-) The train close by was tolerable.
