Pros (+) Our stay was our first night and 3 weeks later, our last night in Rio de Janiero. Our experience was wonderful. The staff, especially Ana Paula, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was elegant and delicious. Easy walk to Copacabana Beach and numerous nice little restaurants. The rooftop patio & pool area is delightful. Finding out about the car service was so helpful, we used the drive...
