Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, comfortable beds, and varied breakfast options. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, especially at the reception and restaurant, as well as some issues with cleanliness and room maintenance. While some guests enjoyed spacious rooms and amenities, negative experiences with staff and inconsistent housekeeping were common. Overall, the positives were the location, breakfast, and bed comfort, but service and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
