Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for various activities and events. Some reviewers appreciated the breakfast and found the service from certain staff members to be friendly and helpful. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and inadequate linens. The value for price is questioned by many, with high prices not matching the quality of amenities or services provided. While some guests had positive experiences with the staff and enjoyed the food, others encountered unhelpful or unfriendly employees. Overall, the hotel’s location is its strongest asset, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service consistency, and value.
