Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for those wanting to explore Lapa and nearby attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests mentioning helpful and friendly staff, while others report unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. Breakfast is described as simple and sometimes lacking in variety, but generally adequate. The hotel's facilities, particularly the elevators, are frequently criticized for being old and unreliable, and the overall condition of the property is noted as needing renovation.AI-generated from customer reviews
