Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to the beach, and access to public transportation. Many reviews highlight the affordable price as a strong positive, especially considering the location. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, as well as issues with bedbugs and general maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others report unprofessional or indifferent attitudes. Bed comfort is also a recurring issue, with several complaints about old, uncomfortable, or dirty beds. Overall, the hotel is considered a budget-friendly option with a prime location, but improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
