Pros (+) Excellent location in Old town. Great staff, or at least some of the staff was great. Clean rooms. Very nice bathroom. Plenty of power. Good wifi. Nice bar. Lovely, appealing courtyard. Comfortable, small room.
Cons (-) Nothing, really. It's not luxury. It's not new. It is a good place to stay, though.
