Pros (+) Through the KAYAK e-mail response, we asked for a particular room location. Tina, the receptionist, accommodated our request cheerfully and enthusiastically - Thanks! One of the bedside table lamp lights was burned out, but a replacement was provided immediately, with no hassle - Thanks! Room was on the smallish side, but very efficiently laid out, so no problems.
Cons (-) We were in a ground-floor room, and we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took. Side-to-side noise insulation seemed really good. Too bad about the up-to-down noise insulation (or lack of it).
