Pros (+) Good-enough breakfast. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet. Some of the staff members were pleasant.
Cons (-) Our first room had ants, so we moved to another room after a day or two. The second room, as it turned out, also had ants, (but not as many, so we stayed there). The daily room service included only the making of the bed and replacing of the used towels; no sweeping of the floors, no cleaning of the toilet or bathroom area.
