Pros (+) the receptionist was nice.
Cons (-) Hairball in bathroom floor. Tub was dirty & didn't drain. Roach crawling up wall. Pillows were horribly flat. Sheets were stained & someone else's hair was in the bed. Oh & at 8:30 in the morning someone knocked on the door & then just came in the room. He said he was house cleaning but I didn't see a cart or uniform & why is room service coming in that eary!? About 30 Minutes later housecleaning ...
