Pros (+) The outside of the hotel looked nice.
Cons (-) The bedding hadn't been washed, the bathroom was ice cold, the toilet was broken, leaking and constantly running and we couldn't flush it and the staff refused to fix it until after check out after 3 days and wouldn't move us to another room.
