Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, beaches, and transport. Many guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with several mentioning positive interactions at reception and with housekeeping. Bed comfort is also noted positively, especially in higher-floor rooms. However, opinions on cleanliness and breakfast are mixed; while some found rooms clean and breakfast adequate, others noted issues with cleaning frequency and breakfast variety. Noise from nearby construction and occasional maintenance issues (like water pressure) were also mentioned. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value, especially for its location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
