Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Some reviews highlight good room size and cleanliness, but there are frequent complaints about the outdated facilities, uncomfortable beds, maintenance issues, and limited breakfast options. While some guests found the hotel to offer good value and a pleasant stay, others were disappointed by the lack of comfort and the need for renovations. Overall, the positives center on location and service, but improvements are needed in comfort and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
