Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, city attractions, and the beach. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, old towels, and unpleasant odors. Service was often described as unhelpful or inattentive, with complaints about staff responsiveness and lack of basic amenities. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with several guests noting poor variety and slow replenishment. While some found the rooms spacious, overall comfort and maintenance were lacking, leading to a generally negative impression despite the good location.
