Pros: Our stay was excellent in every way. We received a very warm welcome from our host who provided a map and useful information about the sights and history of Ravenna. The house is very tastefully furnished and is in an ideal location for visiting the main sights. It's very quiet and the room even had a small balcony overlooking the garden. We wouldn't hestitate to recommend this property, not least for the delicious breakfast!

Pros: A great location in Ravenna and a really interesting property. Our room was large with two windows overlooking the garden. We had two comfortable beds, desk tables and chairs, plus lots of bookshelves with books in Italian and English. Good bathroom and shower. Breakfast as t was great with a bonus of a selection of holiday cookies.

Pros: Very unique in the outstanding hospitality offered. Beautiful accommodation with thoughtful touches and great breakfast. Location was fantastic and close to many different eating options. Perfect position for visiting the beautiful mosaics of Ravenna. Highly recommended

Pros: The structure is very close to the city center (3-5 minutes walk) and perfectly accessible. There are several parking lots along the road, although almost all of them are for a fee The building inside is beautiful and is characterized by a sometimes modern style that perfectly matches with its historicity. Inside it seems to be in a stately home: the ceiling of the staircase leading to the rooms is frescoed and so are those inside some apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and the kitchens are all equipped. On the top floor there is also a breakfast room and a panoramic balcony with a view, in addition the house has its own green and lush courtyard. The quality/price ratio was really honest and very convenient, and finally the staff was very cozy and kind.

Pros: Property is full of character and very unique. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and modern. Lovely to have complimentary drinks on the roof terrace - a very welcoming gesture. Very central location with great restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Pros: We were very surprised to find that our room was huge, was more like a one bedroom apartment within the house and included a complete kitchen. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Only downside was that it was quite noisy in the street until around 3am as there is a small pizzeria just underneath the room we stayed in.

At only 1200 meters from the SS16; It embraces the most beautiful places of the Adriatic Coast: Marina di Ravenna, Milano Marittima, Cesenatico. etc. Also very close to the famous amusement park Mirabilandia
