Pros: Beautiful location with beautiful grounds & the service was excellent. Staff extremely helpful with outside restaurant recommendations & other logistics.
Cons: Bed not comfortable- too soft that hurt back by morning. For price paid felt room would be bigger. Fine dining restaurant very disappointing for price point. Presentation was excellent, ambience (dining room adjustment due to rain) & food flavor disappointing for a Michelin Star restaurant.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, the food the pool and especially the beach club. Complete tranquility
10,0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING! the view is the best in Ravello, could stay there forever! the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped me arrange a car service from Positano and to Naples. Truly a wonderful stay and experience at the hotel. We had chosen a smaller room with no view but really with the views from the terrace of the hotel we wouldn't have stayed in our room too much anyway. The room was perfectly clean. The hotel is very close to the town center (less than 5 min walk) and about a 15 min walk to Villa Cimbrone. The hotel has a shuttle service to their beach club, we did not make it there because we didn't want to leave the property. Keep in mind that the shuttle service need to be booked 24-48 hours prior. Can't wait to come back!
Cons: Nothing! I cannot say anything bad about the hotel

Pros: This place is unbelievable!!!! It should get MORE than 10 stars. Can I do that? Staff is incredible. Carmela, Franco and Erasmus are three names I remember they were amazing, but there are more like our waitperson at dinner and the checkout clerk, I feel so badly I don't remember their names. I don't know how they get them to be so enthusiastic, helpful and lovely. They never make a mistake either! From beginning to end our stay was amazing! We can't wait to go back and neither can our friends we traveled with. They even want to have their wedding at Cimbrone. The grounds are incredible, the rooms are Devine, and for all costs (ours was deluxe with sea views, theirs was more simple, but all amazing and elegant. We had a balcony overlooking Ravello and the water it was AMAZING. The bathroom had a wonderful double tub and we actually got to take a bath. They provide with THE most lovely box of toiletries I have EVER seen. At any fancy hotel. Also THE most comfortable bed and linen. and pillows. I had the BEST nights' sleep! Seriously. Do your self a favor and dine at Le Flato Di Pan on premises, we asked them to wine pair and it was amazing. They use all the local vegetables they grow onsite. It was literally the best salad I have ever had with veggies from their garden. Then take a moonlight stroll on the grounds, and do it again in the morning light. We have photos and memories to last a lifetime. But we hope to be back much sooner. Can NOT rave enough.
Cons: Every single thing was perfection, from getting picked up our luggage and car taken away to checking in with bags already in our room, the lovely grounds, the amazing dinner and breakfast. I only wished we had stayed twice as long or more!!!!! Well done Cimbrone!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I spent one night at this beautiful hotel for our 26th Anniversary. They did not only spoil us with champagne and cake in the room but also with a beautiful gift set on the bed with special bath treats! The decor of the room as well as the hotel was superb and the view from our balcony breathtaking. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special and comfortable. The walk in the beautiful garden early in the morning before all the tourists arrive was also spectacular. I would definitely recommend Hotel Villa Cimbrone. Our stay was something out of this world that we would always cherish and remember.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The location is beautiful, wonderful view, great service.
Cons: That we didn’t stay longer
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best ever ... staff outstanding
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Unforgettable location. Very atmospheric villa. Staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Scenary is magnificent and the hotel comes together with the history that makes the place truly unique.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This property is truly special. We’ve stayed a lot of great places and this is definitely among the best. The view from our balcony was spectacular.
Cons: The property hosts frequent weddings and events during which music blasts until midnight, even on weekdays. We experienced this 2 out of the 4 nights we were there. This takes away from the peace and tranquility of the property and Ravello in general - the peacefulness is why a lot of people choose Ravello over Positano.

Giardino dei Limoni - Ravello - Building
5
9,1 Excellent (252 reviews)
R1 077+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Giardino dei Limoni in Ravello, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Amalfi Beach and Amalfi Cathedral.
6,3 Good
Pros: The view is nice, but not sure if it was worth two-night stay to climb all these steps back and forth ((( At least there was food in the fridge for breakfast - yoghurt, jam, toasts, coffee, tea, milk. Also there is air-con and fan in the bathtub as it was a bit cold in the night. A-ha! We also had to keep in mind to turn off the gas pipe.... The room was cozy, bathroom - clean.
Cons: STAIRS!!! Nobody told us and there's no info that from Via Republica to the apartment there are 150 steps!! Taxi cost 20 Euro from bus stop to the top step, but still if you have luggage - walking down the steps is very frustrating and HARD! The guy who live there just passed by and didn't even help. Only on check out when we requested to have our bags taken up by someone, we got helped.
7,5 Good
Pros: Fabulous views. Kitchen was a bonus. Host carried our bags for us which helped two elderly travellers!!
Cons: 194 stairs to vehicle road!! Bed uncomfortable and unit needed refurbishing. Blinds were broken.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The view was spectacular the coffee machine was brilliant and those stairs
Cons: The foyer smelt like a used litter box and the neighbour that provided the keys was little to no help
5,4 Okay
Pros: The view was superb
Cons: The walls between the studio were really thin - we could hear all the personal stuff going on either side of us. The vertical blinds had at least 25 % missing, one bedside table didn’t work. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast provisions- everything was prepackaged, bread had a 2 month use by date, cheese was plastic wrapped, box drinks ( our grandkids have ) nothing fresh was provided although there was lots of everything. No kettle so we had to use a large saucepan to boil water.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Apartment and View only
Cons: You have to walk down 300 steps to reach this apartment and climb up 300 steps before you start your day. Walking down in the night is still ok but Walking up in bright sun can be very very difficult for old age people. I will recommend only if you are a youngster or athlete who can carry your bags 300 steps up under bright sunlight during day time or summer.
7,9 Good
Pros: The view was amazing and the property is in great condition.
Cons: It's down 100ft of steep steps from the road. In the heat of summer, that is not a pleasant experience.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: An amazing view from own balcony in the studio, great and spacious bathroom and very quiet. Also, no worries about breakfast - the fridge contained everything we needed
Cons: All was good, just be aware that the place is 15 minutes stair climbing to the top. But we appreciated the exercise
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The position on the side of the cliffs provides amazing views over the sea to Maiori and Minori. The hosts were very friendly (as are the cats) and the accommodation is comfortable and with good facilities.
Cons: Signposting could be improved- we walked down the cliff to the wrong B&B on a very hot day, and then had to come back up again!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: From far the BEST BED AND BREAKFAST of our journey in Italy. - The place was very clean - the mattress was good - the breakfast and the view of the terrace was simply AMAZING - our hosts were very gentle - the location is 10 min by car from Ravello (and by foot 45 min) and 15 min by foot to Atrani and grom there 10 min by foot to Amalfi. A good surprise if you enjoy walking like we do It was such a charming place that we wanted to stay
Cons: -The cost of the room definitely worth it ! -Sometimes after the shower there is a suffer smell from the piping but it does not last.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This place is beautiful! Amalfi is very close by car and this place was in Ravello which made us escape the crowd in Amalfi and relax. The view is amazing, you can fully relax there. The room was a good size too and the bathroom was pretty large. Highly recommend!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was always amazing - I could have gained ten pounds from all the delicious homemade croissants, cakes, etc. Fabulous fresh sorbet every morning too....
Cons: This is not the hotel's fault, but the getting and out of the driveway and onto the road, thanks to the local way of getting up and down the mountain, is a bit anxiety-provoking....
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. Away from the many tourists that visit the area. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are impeccably clean. You need to be prepared to walk down and up hill from Atrani if you do not wish to use your car. For us this was not a problem as there is a lit pathway to and from the property. A bus stop is also close by.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Private parking, the rear patio with a gorgeous view, owner was so kind, and employee was able to recommend a fabulous restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was delightful.
Cons: If you have a car there is absolutely no problem with the location. It’s a 5 minute drive to the center of town where there is a public parking lot. If you do not have a car, you’ll have to take a pretty tough walk up to town but it’s doable.

Pros: View from when walking out of the doors to the room to the backdrop, absolutely breathtaking,

Pros: The pool

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wow, what a beautiful setting for staying in the Amalfi coast. The villa is lovely and such stunning views from the private terrace. Very quiet area and the villa was very comfortable. Mara was a great hostess, helped with where to park and met to show you to the villa. Couldn’t recommend this as a place to stay more!
Cons: The only small drawback was that for that beautiful view there are of course stairs! Was tough pulling a case up then when leaving, so wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues - but otherwise it’s really worth it for the location!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From our perspective the property is exceptional . We loved every minute of our stay . Thank you to the owners and staff . Our apartment/ home was wonderful. What a beautiful place in the most beautiful town of Ravello . We could not have asked for anything more for our family of five .

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really Nice appartment with a really lovely view and Well-equipped. The host Carla was really sweet and helpfull.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This villa is in the most spectacular location on the Amalfi Coast. Having breakfast every moring on the balcony with views of Ravello is amazing. The villa is in a quiet location away from from the hussle and bussle of other towns. It is also central and easy to get to many parts of the Amalfi Coast by car and public transport. It was great to have the use of a life guard protected pool which is just a 5 minute walk away. Carla is a great host and was very helpful and easy to contact during the week when we needed some advice about getting to different locations.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: absolutely loved the huge terrace and view lovely to have breakfast/refreshments supplied we loved the peace and authenticity of Scala which also had adequate mini market, bars, fruit seller and grocery stores we loved the well maintained gardens, peace and tranquility we liked both Alfonso pool and hotel Giuseppina pool which was a nice walk to Carla was lovely and helpful
Cons: typed info about buses rather than a whatsapp communication occasionally the traffic noise below in the valley was bothersome; could be worse in high season more accurate info about walking to places, such as Amalfi
9,6 Excellent
Pros: What a fantastic place to stay! Carla was extremely friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. She even picked my friend and I up from the bus stop on short notice when the flight of our 3rd friend (and driver) was delayed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The positioning, the view, the facilities
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting. Close to everything, but far enough away to feel very local.
Cons: The pool is at the next property. It is hard to get to and it closes at 5 pm.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice and clean, view also great
Cons: The beds and doors was creaking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really lovely spacious apartment with fantastic view over Amalfi and Ravello and the sea. Brilliant host who gave us lots of advice and info about the local area. Great pool and hot tub (both shared).
Cons: Very steep driveway, and quite a walk to the pool which is in a neighbouring hotel (pool is lovely though and not at all crowded).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Carla, our host was amazing and communicated so well with so much advice and helpful insights. The villa itself is beautiful and has a stunning view. When we arrived it was a Sunday and there was a group of older gents outside the church in Scala playing cards and it really was an authentic kind of experience and escape from the tourists in Amalfi.
Cons: We had read that it was quite a hike to get to the villa, so went in eyes open, but the stairs to get to Scala and the local bus system mean that getting around without a car is not entirely stress-free. If you have a longer time to just relax and enjoy the villa and pool at the neighbouring hotel I think this is perfect. We simply tried to fit doing lots of things into our 3 days so grew tired of slogging up the stairs.

Pros: The food in dining room
Cons: Breakfast choices
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The private dock area to sunbathe and swim is amazing. The service at the beach area is exceptional
Cons: It’s a bit isolated with very little shuttle options to visit the area and surrounding regions. This is probably my biggest frustration. Shuttle service should be more often

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff is amazing, especially Rafaela, Francesca and Gaitano. Restaurant service and food quality are excellent. Location - perfect. Nice private beach.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Out of the bustle of the little towns and an incredible private waterfront area reserved for guests. Easy access to Ravello, Maori, Minori, etc.. Really great breakfast included as well.
Cons: No complaints.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful.
Cons: The rooms and bathrooms were small
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good. The bedroom was nice; really clean, had a confortable bed, two choices of pillow (flat, fluffy), and a super view. Breakfast is very complete. The outside area (bar, swimming pool, private beach) is lovely. Staff were also nice.
Cons: It is not something I did not like, but as other guests have mentioned, just be aware you are not in any town, so you have to do a little effort to move around if you do not have a car. However, I did it, and it wasn't that annoying. Getting there from Amalfi is easy, just take the bus towards Salerno and ask them to stop by the hotel (if you pay attention and tell them when to stop is better). To go from the hotel somewhere, you can just wait outside and stop a bus when you see one, or walk to the junction to Ravello and wait there. They sell bus tickets at the hotel, which is pretty convenient, and I found the bus service quite good (good frequency and and ok punctuality).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel - luxurious, great breakfast, beautiful rooms, staff lovely, private sea area with floats, jumping in areas. Loved it!
Cons: Should’ve done a bit more research as it’s not in Ravello

Pros: the food and proximity to the sea. Thats a plus at Costa Amalfi.
Cons: For the price, was expecting a bigger room and bathroom, but not a big deal, considering that is an old construction.
7,6 Good
Pros: great location, excellent friendly staff and and very good food.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great meals, views ,swimming, Enjoyed the hike up to Revello. The staff were kind and helpful.
Cons: It would be nice to have the shuttle available in the late afternoon or perhaps at 2 pm rathr than having to wait until 6:30 pm
7,2 Good
Pros: The most beautiful location. Totally stunning. STaff very friendly.
Cons: Should be more courtesy buses to Amalfi/Ravello.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent and the service and staff were wonderful The location was great
Cons: Its location is confusing - it would be useful if the website could state that the hotel is on the Amalfi coast road (ie not in the middle of Ravello) and that it's a Best Western - everything else was great.
6,4 Good
Pros: Beautiful setting
Cons: It is too difficult to get to Ravello for the evening - hotel should offer transport to Ravello and possibly other locations for the convenience of their guests
7,2 Good

7,9 Good
Pros: The property grounds were very pretty. They set up breakfast for us more than an earlier than they do breakfast due to our departure schedule. Antonio was very kind. It was a walk into the town, but along the path to the Villa Cimbrone, so it made it worth it.
Cons: It was an expensive room, and for that money, we expected a larger room. The room was very small.

Pros: Beautiful views and incredible staff
Cons: Could use a few sun beds on the outdoor deck otherwise very nice.

Pros: The view was absolutely stunning from the private balcony. The room was very luxurious and the shower very spacious. Loved everything about our room. The stuff was so lovely and very helpful! Big TV and Netflix possibility was a bonus. Getting to the property wasn’t so bad also - just a brief exercise!
Cons: We were disappointed of the valet parking. We were promised to get our car in 10 minutes but actually had to wait for 50 minutes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, Antonio and the rest of the staff are very helpful, a rich and delicious breakfast. Amazing view from the balcony and from the rooms (that facing the landscape)
Cons: The place is lovely, but note that help from the hotel is needed to transport the luggage with porters (this is not possible after 7 pm) a long walk up many stairs to the hotel. The effort was worth it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Our room had a window, but no view (the glass was frosted). Also it’s right next door to a place that holds a lot of evening functions, weddings etc, so it was a little noisy.

Pros: Brilliant view, great room, fantastic stay!

Pros: Staying at Villa Amore, of all the places along the Amalfi Coast, was the best decision ever. I chose Ravello because I wanted a grand view over the Amalfi Coast & that is exactly what I got! The villa faces east, toward Salerno. The hotel has valet parking (for a fee), but about a ten minute walk to the hotel (pedestrian traffic only) through the lovely little town of Ravello. Lots of steps (backpack luggage always recommended), but I assure you, the walks back & forth from the hotel are an absolute wonder. We were delighted walking through maze-like stairs & beautiful vine-filled corridors. The hotel itself is built on multiple levels, tucked into the sides of the mountain. The rooms are the right touch of ornate & sophisticated. Great shower. And you can literally see the mountains from your bed. The sunsets are gorgeous, but make sure you set your alarm for sunrise, which is absolutely spectacular! The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it is no problem as there are several only steps away. And they keep a wine fridge well-stocked! The hotel staff were all so lovely! Really darling people—Antonio, Salvatore, & Ines were fantastic & went to all measures to accommodate us. Such a wonderful, memorable trip. Hope to visit again someday soon.

Pros: Location, view and staff are what you are experiencing at this location. Ask for the room with view and terrace, totally worth the extra up charge just for the postcard view of Mediterranean Sea from atop of the mountain.
Cons: While staying at the hotel we noticed that all of the electric is turned of while we were out of the room. Not convenient when trying to charge all of your photography equipment for a morning wedding. No bathrobe or slippers where available. Toilet seat was loose making it aqward when sitting. Bath shower curtain did not have a plastic liner so when showering the floor became wet, creating a slipper floor. Breakfast is ok, nothing very exciting and always the same.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Wonderful setting with views over the valley. Reception was excellent - and the breakfast exceded expectations.
Cons: Soundproofing the corridors could have been better. Guests moving around at night on the hard tiles made it quite noisy.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location, near the main square and shops. The swimming pool Secure car parking.
Cons: Had to go to another restaurant to get our “welcome” drink - which is rather bizarre, and, difficult for persons with mobility issues. No evening meal available when we arrived, again, one had to walk to the sister restaurant, or, go elsewhere Access to the hotel, by car, was not easy due to the very narrow lanes.

Pros: Excellent breakfast choices. Perfect location overlooking the swimming pool. Very pleasant.

Cons: The breakfast is very basic. No pool.

Pros: Fantastic location. Nice room with terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast. Friendly staff and parrot kept us entertained over breakfast. Close to everything in beautiful Ravello.
Cons: Group of young musicians in adjacent rooms noisy till 3am on our second night. Breakfast could have been better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There was a perfect terrace with a nice view which will make you want to spend more time in room :) The room was very clean and the lady who is responsible of cleaning was very trustable about your pet. There is a parking building close to the hotel , and the bus stop is 10 meter to the hotel gate. Also Villa Ruffolo ,Villa Cimbrone, nice restaurants and whole Ravello could be seen by walking. Very central but also very quiet. We will visit soon. We will stay there again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is an ideal location - it is literally next to the main bus stop and only a few steps away from the main center of town. The views were stunning and the overall ambiance was wonderful. It is a great value for the price.
Cons: The restaurant upstairs is convenient but can be loud at night. We did not have too much trouble sleeping, but if you are a light sleeper, it may not be the best place for you without a noise machine or ear plugs. It feels more like an AirBnB/VRBO vs a hotel because there is no lobby or main check in area. Typically, this wouldn't be a negative for us but a hotel resource would have came in handy as we tried to navigate the bus system. We spent an hour+ wandering the town trying to purchase a bus ticket to Amalfi, then to Sorrento for early the next morning. Only days later did we learn that this could have been avoided because only in Ravello can you purchase tickets on board and no one will sell you a bus ticket in Ravello to Sorrento. We called the hotel number to ask if they sold bus tickets and they simply said no, but the extra advice would have been a bonus. Instead, they then realized we would be leaving early the next AM and loudly banged on our door and woke us up for payment. This could have been avoided by explaining the check out process when we first arrived. I just figured they had my card info since we booked online? Overall, the hotel itself was great but our departure was poor.

Pros: Some lights didn't work
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: You really can't beat the view - stunning! To have your private balcony/terrace overlooking the sea and towns was really special. Good sized room for 2 people. Beautiful tiles on the floor. Nice to have a safe and mini fridge too. Breakfast was good with pastries yogurt cereal coffee/cappucino. Wonderful linens and again with a spectacular view! Lunch was sublime. I heard it was very good and I've become a foodie but it exceeded but expectations. Truly a gourmet lunch. They have a grey parrot that is quite funny.
Cons: I would have given it an even higher score but there is room for improvement. I didn't see a pool. The rain shower didn't seem to work although the hand held shower was fine. Be aware, if you don't have private transfer or get a cab from Amalfi which is quite expensive you'll be in for a wait for the bus. Would be really nice to have a transfer or even a discount with a cab that the hotel can arrange.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located with great views of the sea if you are in the resturant or happen to get one of the south facing rooms. We got a South facing room with a balcony with spectacular views but it is because we asked as it was our anniversary. The sea food dinner was excellent, great food and very artistically presented.
Cons: The blankets and pillows were musty making a difficult sleep. Hotel needs to wash those blankets and change pillows regularly. Our room was next to a room occupied by noisy Eastern European workers who made so much noise in the night my husband had to go and ask the reception to get them quiet at am in the morning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: -Awesome view from our room! -Very kind staff! -Great location next to the bus station! -Ravello is a great place to visit!

Pros: Pool and restaurant terrace had a lovely few it was a nice quiet place very close to the square so wonderful to walk also for elderly people
Cons: There are stairs between the elevator and rooms this is a little bit tricky

Pros: The whole holiday/hotel was a great experience the staff were exceptionally helpful/informative
Cons: Nothing at all
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this stay. The staff was wonderful, the area was spacious and an easy, delightful walk to the Duomo. Carmella the hotel dog is absolutely lovely! Of course getting there is not easy, but that’s true of anything in Ravello! We hope to have the chance to get back to Ravello and Hotel Bonadies!!!
Cons: One staff member told us it would take 20 or so minutes to walk to the beach. Not true at all. Castiglione is easily an hour walk. Wish we would’ve known that.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, away from the main square, but at a location where there are still things around and it's accessible. The hotel is beautifully quirky, the bedroom was spacious with a loveky en suite. Every night there was a turn down service with a sweet on the pillow which was a lovely touch. There is a lovely pool it's quite small but with beautiful views. and just nice for a cool down. There are only a handful of sunbeds though. I must mention breakfast it was superb - the tables have a sea view, the food selection is amazing particularly the pastries. My last mention must go to the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful whatever time of day.
Cons: As per most beautiful locations the cost reflects it, apart from that there is really nothing not to like
7,5 Good
Pros: Overall it was a great place, and the views from the room were amazing for the price!! The Breakfast was very good as well. You really couldnt ask for a better location that is close to everything, but also quiet.
Cons: We had an issue with the valet parking. We had our car parked the entire time we were there with the hotel which cost us an additional 20 euros per day. We gave them the car in perfect condition, and it was returned with significant front end damage. We noticed it immediately and brought it to the attention of the front desk and management who claimed it was already there, which it certainly was not. Beware of this service the hotel will deny any wrongdoing!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view was fantastic from the balcony
Cons: Transportation by bus was terrible
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Pool a bit small.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any requests. My room was a good size well maintained and comfortable. Breakfasts were great with lots on offer. Hotel position good as access fairly flat considering hillside location. The building is well maintained and retains mostly original features. Particularly striking is the marble staircase. The views are amazing if you have a sea view. Town square in comfortable walking distance.
Cons: The pool area was a little cramped and remnants of smoking not always cleared. The areas overlooking the coast were reserved for diners. I would have liked a bar to the rear to appreciate the views of an evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the square (& wedding venue) with amazing views & pool
Cons: Lots of corridors so took a wrong turn a couple of times

Pros: Great location:few steps to the city center and SITA bus stop,so you can go wherever you want with convenience; Terrific see view from the hotel:especially from the restaurant on the 6th floor and reception desk on the 7th floor; Friendly and warm stuffs:I 'd like to express my gratitude to Simona, the young lady at reception, who always gave me the most professional help at very first time; Breakfast is great.
Cons: I don't recommend the laundry service of the hotel:I asked for a dry clean and pressing, but they just pressing the dress and gave it back to me without informed me that they can't do the dry clean, and the stuff of the laundry intended to charge me the both two services, although at last they only charge me the iron cost, but if the dress without washed, would it be necessary to iron a dirty dress?

Pros: Amazing hotel, very pleasing interiors and with a stunning view of the sea. It is in the heart of Ravello. The staff were very helpful and gave us useful tips. Superb breakfast on one of the best terraces overlooking the sea.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and the location was great. Great view from room. The hotel and lobby etc are beautiful.
Cons: The standard rooms are pretty standard and can be noisy on the ground floor of the main road leading into the town. Also not being able to swim in the pool after five pm is ridiculous as that's when most people get back from day trips or walks and want to cool off. No iron for clothes
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property was absolutely delightful, beautiful & magnificent. I loved everything about Hotel Villa Fraula. This Villa is very charming, peaceful and marvelous. The architecture and design is divine. The views are superb. The staff was very kind & gracious! The dining was delicious & delectable. I will definitely be back & am looking forward to my next stay! Pros: The views were amazing and breakfast fantastic
Cons: Italian plumbing! The shower door didn’t fit so the bathroom floor got very wet and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Graal has the most beautiful view of the coast from the pool and truly wonderful staff. The balcony off the room also had the most amazing view of the coast! Hotel was very conveniently located with the town center just a walk away. We also had lunch and drinks at the restaurant by the pool which was delicious.
Cons: The room was just ok and a little strange that there was no showerhead, but we weren't there to spend time in the room anyway!
7,9 Good
Pros: Views and pool, room and balcony were great. Nice size bathroom.
Cons: Some staff great, one lady on reception was quite rude and never any staff on the bar so couldn’t get a drink. Also in need of some maintenance but that seems the norm in Italy.
4,6 Okay
Pros: All that we liked was the view and the balcony.. The location was goid, near the bus stop and Ravello centre
Cons: Oo, 1. The room was out-dated. Basically you pay for the view; 2. We requested to clean our room once again straight away after the check-in- there were human hair and pubes in the bath tub and sink.3. Breakfast- one of the worst I have ever experienced.... you can get bacon, but omlet , scrumbled eggs aditionally 5eur... pancakes as well!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, stunning views and lovely staff. Breakfast was ok, pool was great, Hotel was clean and laundry service excellent
Cons: air con in our junior suite was noisy and didn't cool the entire room. The tables and chairs on the balconies were rusting and past there best.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent breathtaking views staff very helpful good breakfast
4,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was pretty decent. Our view from our room was nice.
Cons: The service was average from the front desk and lounge (half the time I had to be told that someone would be at the bar in 15 minutes). The rooms are blah, very outdated, and it pretty much looks like a Best Western or Motel 6 (at best). The view from my room (which was an upgrade) was the only redeeming quality.
